Review: Firstly, I was told weeks ago that they were sending out my security deposit right away. I have so far received neither the cheque I was promised nor anyone returning my calls on the subject.I also need proof I paid rent for the ten months (August 2012-May 2013) I did. They said they cannot release that because I never signed a lease. Their proposed "solution," however, was to ask someone who is/was on the lease to go in for MY personal financial records and they'd provide THEM with this information without me even needing to be there. Also note that every month I paid my individual share in my own name by either cheque or money order.Finally, while I lived in their 1914 Murray Avenue building I repeatedly had to go for days at a time without hot water because it would randomly shut off and would sometimes come back for less time than it was gone. The building is also infested with mold and the bathroom in particular would be need to be bleached from floor to ceiling regularly.Desired Settlement: I would like my security deposit and proof of rent for every month from August 2012 through May 2013 sent to the address provided.
