Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 13, 2015/10/05) */ ***Document Attached [redacted] signed up for our Ground Mole / Vole control program in early August of We began treatment on August 4, We provided follservices on 8-11, 8-and 8-The contract [redacted] signed and agreed to is for the control of Ground Mole and Voles and a series of services would be performed monthly over a month period.The contract states the guarantee and reads as follows, J & J Pest Control & Lawn Care Incguarantees that if the customer is not completely satified with the results of the service, J & J will return and retreat the area at no additional chargeIf the problem persist J & J will continue to work to solve the problem to the customers satifactionThe contract also staes in large capital letters that " J & J CANNOTT GUARANTEE TOTAL ELIMINATION OF GROUND MOLES ON THE CUSTOMERS PROPERTYJennifer and Jim both had conversations with [redacted] explaining how moles are wild animals and that control of these animals is difficult and takes timeWe have serviced thousands of home for the control of Ground Moles and have great success with the programIt takes time and patienceWe told [redacted] that we would put her on a weekly service schedule until the problem appeared to be under control [redacted] stated that she had them trapped before and that it worked much fasterWe asked her why she didn't hire the trapper agian, she stated that it was very expensive and that she wanted to explore other ways to control the problem [redacted] wants instant results and wasn't willing to allow the proven treatment program the time it needs to eradicate her problemThe program works, it takes time [redacted] signed an agreement agreeing to take monthly services with unlimited retreatments at no additional charge over an initial twelve month periodThe agreement also states there is a $early termination fee [redacted] paid for the initial treatment that included three services over the first thirty days approximatly - days apart, which J & J provided, we then did a fourth treatment at no charge because she stated there was still activityWe had a fifth treatment scheduled for August 31st at no charge for her and she canceled the day of the service saying she hired a trapper and that she wanted her money backJ & J fulfilled their obligations and was willing to provide weekly service until the problem was under controlThe contract was for three services over the first days and monthly services there after with unlimited extra services when needed or requestedThe extra services are at no additional charge to the customerI am attaching a copy of the contract [redacted] signedI believe J & J lived up to their end of the agreement and therefore will not be issueing a refund of any fees paid to [redacted] Please call, and feel free to contact me concerning this matterThanks Jim Sanor Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 15, 2015/10/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Jim gave a very lengthy explanation but failed to mention the fact I was told several times that I would see a big improvement after their 2nd and 3rd treatmentThe opposite was trueEvery time a treatment was applied, 15-new mole hills would pop up the following dayJ&J made treatments and the situation became worse by the weekWithin 1/weeks my yard was mole free with trappingI stand by my initial request Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 17, 2015/10/09) */ As I stated in my response, [redacted] needed to give the program time to workwe don't have magic wands to wave around and elininate problems on demandThe baiting system takes time, we are sure that we eliminated some of the moles on her propertyThe baits were taken when we did follservices each weekWe will not be refunding any funds to herWe did everything we promised her and was willing to come out weekly to continue to solve the problemThank you Jim S***
