Working with [redacted] was an absolute nightmare! This man is a con-artist. Acts nice, submissive and on your side. But know that he is only motivated by money. He will cut any and all corners to squeeze out a few extra dollars. Getting him to come out to a site he is building is almost impossible. What ever you do, stay away from this builder! He moves money between houses to pay for construction cost. He short paid multiple contractors and we eventually had leins placed on our home. Even though we paid [redacted] in full. The contract means nothing to this man! Cost plus or straight salary. He will only work with hand selected contractors who understand the shell game he plays. We had [redacted] on a salary agreement and found out through multiple contractors that he was charging us cost plus and asking them to hide the pricing in the receipts. Once we confronted [redacted], he walked off the job. He has not returned products that we paid for and failed to deliver a certificate of occupancy. The city actually came out recently to our property to get his information. The man told me that he will personally see to it that [redacted] never builds in this city again. I have so many pictures of faulty work and incomplete projects. Ultimately, we had to complete the house on our own. But, not before this conman took thousands of dollars and preformed work that had to be redone. Watch out for his sob stories and excuses!
