Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I made a phone call that Friday night (dance was Friday, not Saturday as the business stated) before the dance even began and left a voicemail for the business stating that the jacket was not the one picked out and that there was a hole in the shoesIn the message I stated that my child was not able to wear the tux due to those reasons(Phone call can be verified by the phone company)I can also provide a photo taken at the dance that shows that my son was unable to wear the tuxWhen I went to return the tux on Monday I told the employee there that I had left a message stating that there an issue with the tux and I asked for the refundShe became extremely rude, told me that there were no refunds, and to be goneShe stated that I took it so I'll pay for itIt was after she was so rude and refused the refund that I did tell her that I would be contacting my bank and would be contacting the Revdex.com since the item that was paid for was not the same item that I picked upThe tux that I picked up was not the tux that [redacted] and his father picked outIt did not fit correctly and as stated before there was a hole in the shoe where the sole was coming away from the shoeHad I thought that there would be an issue, I would have checked the items before leaving the store Regards, [redacted] ***

I would like to start by apologizing for not calling my customer back after our last conversationOnce the weeks of rain came to an end we were overrun with calls and things that needed to be taken care ofI'm not trying to offer an excuse, just letting you
know whyThere is no excuse for not calling you back, and for that I apologize Concrete portionThe expansion joint between the two slabs could definitely be a little straighter, although it's not a structural issue it isn't like it was intendedOnce in a while the board will move when the concrete is pouredThe two sections of concrete both pitch to this area, this is the reason water collects here and runs off to the grassWhen I inspected after speaking to my customer, I did notice a slight elevation which could possibly cause someone to trip.. Solution: Remove wood expansion joint and install Poly - seal (grey) Sonalastic in its placeThis will allow the joint to expand and contract as necessary and will also blend in much better to the color of the concrete so the eye doesn't notice it as much. The flagstone addition installed around the patio is a flagstone set in granite gravelThis area is designed for light traffic and a way to extend the seating area out a little moreThis design has been duplicated over and over many times without failWhen we visited the home we were able to determine the cause after closer reviewThe back of the home has no gutters installedOn the rear left side of this homes roof, there is a double hipped roof on the second floor above the back doorThe volume of water saturating this area is too high for a soft-scaped patio area to take onThe high volume of water will continue to wash out this area. Solution: GM will agree to dress up this area using the existing materials on site to try and help put it back together once the problem has been solvedThe solution to this problem will be to have gutters installed on the back side of the home with downspouts on the sides of the homeThis will decrease the high volume of water from washing out the stone workThe stone work and labor performed won't washout or move unless something moves itGM will assume a portion of the responsibility for not advising the client of a potential future problemFor this we will make the repair once the gutters are installed. In closing, GM Outdoor Living Incagrees to do the following:1- Install Sonalastic in expansion joint of patio.2- Reset existing stone and granite gravel around patio once gutters are installed. Thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing from you. Danny *** - President

The customer refused to provide additional information so that we could verify the purchase. We do not normally sell dresses for $19.99. We need to see what dress that the customer purchased so that we could verify the price. The customer is more than welcome to send pictures via
Email, [email protected]. Also proof of the charge/s on the credit card. Owner is Korean and has some difficulty conversing

*** *** was the "customer of record"Rental price of order was $Rental date on form was May 27, 2016Customer picked up the rented Tux and accessories on May 20, and nothing was said at that time. There was never a phone call about the shoes, as if there was an issue
with the shoes, we would have gladly replaced them. When the customer brought the Tux and accessories back on May 23, 2016, she demanded her money back with no explanation and was very rude and said she was going to write a bad review and contact the Revdex.com, at that time she was offered a 50% refund and refused thatWe assume that when a customer picks up the rental on a Friday for a wear date of the next Saturday brings it back on Monday it was worn, therefore no refund is available, the tux still has to be launderedIf the customer had told us of the error in the pickup date something could have been worked out.It was not noticed n

Mrs. S[redacted],    This head has been scheduled for service 2 separate times. The first test confirmed the was not broke. Once your call came in again it goes through me since it's a reoccurring situation. I enforced the tech,if the head is continually leaking water the problem isn't the...

head. The problem is in the diaphragm portion of the valve located somewhere in the yard. The sprinkler heads don't have any water in them until the controller opens the valve to send water to the heads. If the diaphragm is dirty or bad It will not close completely allowing only a small amount of water to bleed by the valve. The reason it is seen at the last head by the driveway it the water coming through the valve runs through the pipes to the lowest head .... which is the one in question.  RainBird valve are notorious for the bleed screw becoming loose over time and causing a similar issue to occur.  To fix this, just hand tighten the bleed screw. If the diaphragm is dirty, it must be removed and a new one installed.     In closing, if this valve was installed by my company, we will warranty it, and apologize for my techs not diagnosing the issue correctly the first time. Otherwise the company who installed the system will have to warranty the valve.                                                                            Clinton McCue-president

I am rejecting this response because:I made a phone call that Friday night (dance was Friday, not Saturday as the business stated) before the dance even began and left a voicemail for the business stating that the jacket was not the one picked out and that there was a hole in the shoes. In the message I stated that my child was not able to wear the tux due to those reasons. (Phone call can be verified by the phone company). I can also provide a photo taken at the dance that shows that my son was unable to wear the tux. When I went to return the tux on Monday I told the employee there that I had left a message stating that there an issue with the tux and I asked for the refund. She became extremely rude, told me that there were no refunds, and to be gone. She stated that I took it so I'll pay for it. It was after she was so rude and refused the refund that I did tell her that I would be contacting my bank and would be contacting the Revdex.com since the item that was paid for was not the same item that I picked up. The tux that I picked up was not the tux that [redacted] and his father picked out. It did not fit correctly and as stated before there was a hole in the shoe where the sole was coming away from the shoe. Had I thought that there would be an issue, I would have checked the items before leaving the store.

[redacted] tried on the jacket at the time the tux was rented and his father approved.  There is no way that the Tux is not the one picked out as it was a stock tux, not a tux that had to be ordered. Paperwork that was filled out at the time of the order stated the wear date was 5-27-2016, not 5-20-2016. We can only assume that the customer picked the tux up a week early and if this was the fact, we could have rectified the situation.  Again, the rental price was a total of $104.94 and a 50% refund was offered when the tux was returned and the mother refused the offer and left. The "employee" that mother refers to is the owner of the shop.  A message was located on the phone sometime later and it is not understood why a second call was not made on Saturday or the tux returned on Saturday 5-21-16.  We would ask for proof of when the dance was scheduled.
