Business is not reachable to honor their lifetime warranty on windows that we had financed and still owe on.

We have several broken latches that need replaced from their lifetime warranty honor.
Have been trying to call and contact number is no good and no forwarding number left.
Windows still have an outstanding balance of several thousand dollars and now will have to replace windows since cannot get them to honor the warranty.
