In response to the above customer's complaintFirst of all, we were not informed of any issues with the [redacted] until well after the day or mile state implied warrantyWe were not aware of any issues with the vehicle when it was soldFrom my understanding, it performed without any issues during the day or mile implied warrantyWe do not have a full-time staff that does repairs or engine work and never stated that to the customerWe are not legally liable or responsible for mechanical issues after the day or mile implied warranty period Thank you [redacted] ***

I had been looking for a used car for my year old son and we had narrowed it down to -Mitsubishi Eclipse We live in Colorado and the selection was limited here so we expanded our search parameters to a larger geographical area and found a Eclipse at J and M importsThe prices seemed right so we contacted J and M Imports directlySince I was not prepared to travel from Colorado the Phoenix to see, drive and have the car mechanical checked out, I was relying on some honesty and good old fashion integrity from the folks at J and M importsI got to talk to [redacted] there and explained that this was a potential first car for my teenage sonAs we talked I could tell that [redacted] was very interested in making me feel at ease with the prospect of buying a car from him without having seen it in person and more importantly having it mechanically checked out [redacted] actually walk out to the car with me on the phone in tow and gave me what in hind site was a very honest and accurate account of the cars conditionOne of my concerns was with the timing belt and if it had ever been replacedThe expense of doing that was not an inconsequential cost for a teenager who had worked all summer to save up for his first car [redacted] had noted correctly that the timing belt did look to be in excellent shapeApparently who ever had done that timing belt replacement had also cracked the plastic cover that covers the belt and as a result you could actually see some of the the belt at the top of the belt pulley assemblyI brought the car and had it transported from Phoenix to my houseToday I had my trusted mechanic here look at the car and the assessment was that it was in excellent conditionImaging my relief of having trusted buying a car unseen base on the trust placed in ***So from me and my Son we give our highest recommendations to [redacted] and J and M Motors

Just came in from *** *** looking for a nice used rig for under 6,000.00, after an hour long search on line J&M Imports keeps coming upActually went in on a whim and surprising me all cars were there and very niceI talked too a guy named Eddie very easy to talk with and very knowledge about his inventoryI'm a pain of a shopper so I can recommend that car lot...:

Saw a Suzuki Sidekick JLX Sport advertised on their Web siteContacted by phone and spoke with Jack M***, the owner Bought the car,
and arranged shipping to Bellevue, WAExcellent communication and assistance throughout this experienceWhen paperwork got lost in holiday transit, Jack immediately sent replacement
docs He provided the Arizona temporary license, and followed up with
legal Title through ArizonaAnd yes, of course, a vehicle with over 100,m*** had deferred maintenance issues, which is to be expected My mechanic has sorted this excellent little SUV to updated perfectionJack M*** is a direct and honest dealer, and a delight to work with I would buy from him again without hesitation

Sold me a lemon ..ac stopped working transmission. That was supposedly new broke car overheats and only six months after purchase..mechanic racked up miles after I bought it so that my lemon law warranty work expire..they screwed around and until my warranty was up amd told me more or less to get lost.I really caution any o e looking for a car to steer clear..they have poor business ethics and sell crap.I solidly stand by this review.

I had been looking for a used car for my 16 year old son and we had narrowed it down to 2002 -2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse. We live in Colorado and the selection was limited here so we expanded our search parameters to a larger geographical area and found a 2003 Eclipse at J and M imports. The prices seemed right so we contacted J and M Imports directly. [redacted] actually walk out to the car with me on the phone in tow and gave me what in hind site was a very honest and accurate account of the cars condition.
One of my concerns was with the timing belt and if it had ever been replaced.
The expense of doing that was not an inconsequential cost for a teenager who had worked all summer to save up for his first car.
[redacted] had noted correctly that the timing belt did look to be in excellent shape. Apparently who ever had done that timing belt replacement had also cracked the plastic cover that covers the belt and as a result you could actually see some of the the belt at the top of the belt pulley assembly.
I brought the car and had it transported from Phoenix to my house. Today I had my trusted mechanic here look at the car and the assessment was that it was in excellent condition.
Imaging my relief of having trusted buying a car unseen base on the trust placed in [redacted].
So from me and my Son we give our highest recommendations to [redacted] and J and M Motors.

Saw a 1997 Suzuki Sidekick JLX Sport advertised on their Web site.
