April 4, Revdex.com Edmonton, AB [redacted] Dear Sir or madam, In response to your letter dated March 3, I wish to respond to the letter on complaint file by Mr [redacted] In the spring of I was retained by Mrs [redacted] to complete upgrade renovations and repairs to their rental home Work involved was estimated to take five to six weeks to complete for the first stage of the interior of the rental home Six months later, the work still was not completed, do to the fact that the tenants of the rental home gave only spotty excess to the home and owned three large and aggressive house dogsOn many occasions I voiced my concerns to Mrand Mrs [redacted] about lack of access to the rental home In October of an invoice for the amount of $ was issued to Mrs [redacted] for material and work done on the interior of the homeAfter numerous requests for payment and copies sent: as of todays date, this invoice is still outstanding I have numerous emails from Ms [redacted] : none mentioned either the tenants or herself were unhappy with my workmanship: until I terminated my servesAfter aggressive and harassing remarks were left on my voice mail and text and a third party phone number, I terminated my services by email on March 28,The [redacted] 's were advised that a final statement of account would be issued after the building supply company had delivered material already custom ordered and paid for A deposit was received for an estimate for material and labour for a metal roofThe roof was measured, prepped, material calculated and ordered, the roof strapped before winter weather stopped metal installationRepeated requests for continuing work were received from the [redacted] s while snow was still on the ground and an unpaid invoice remained Concerning permits and inspections, all work done to date has been replacing existing, or cosmeticA meeting in person was planned with me and Mrand Mrs [redacted] last summer to confirm how to proceed with renovationsNo meeting was possible due to the fact that their grandson was bitten by one of the tenant's dogsNo further meetings were scheduled In closing, my company has been operating in Alberta for over fifteen (15) years without receiving any notices from the Revdex.com, till nowMrs [redacted] has been advised that a final statement of account will be issuedLabour and material costs to date plus the October invoice for $ outstanding will be deducted from the estimate depositAny refund will be forwarded to the [redacted] 's residents As for comments of unprofessionalism I cannot be available on every occasion that suits their tenants or daily phone calls and textsCalling my home number at the supper hour on Easter Day and expecting to talk business is impractical at bestCounsel has been sought regarding Mrs [redacted] 's slanderous comments to third parties Best regards, Chuck [redacted] J&M Services (Revdex.com_april4.docx)

I wish to respond to the letter on complaint file by Mr. [redacted]
In the spring of 2015 I was retained by Mrs. [redacted] to complete...

upgrade renovations and repairs to their rental home.
Work involved was estimated to take five to six weeks to complete for the first stage of the interior of the rental home.
Six months later, the work still was not completed, do to the fact that the tenants of the rental home gave only spotty excess to the home and owned three large and aggressive house dogs. On many occasions I voiced my concerns to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] about lack of access to the rental home.
In October of 2015 an invoice for the amount of $ 1741.50 was issued to Mrs. [redacted] for material and work done on the interior of the home. After numerous requests for payment and copies sent: as of todays date, this invoice is still outstanding.
I have numerous emails from Ms. [redacted]: none mentioned either the tenants or herself were unhappy with my workmanship: until I terminated my serves. After aggressive and harassing remarks were left on my voice mail and text and a third party phone number, I terminated my services by email on March 28,2016. The [redacted]'s were advised that a final statement of account would be issued after the building supply company had delivered material already custom ordered and paid for.
A deposit was received for an estimate for material and labour for a metal roof. The roof was measured, prepped, material calculated and ordered, the roof strapped before winter weather stopped metal installation. Repeated requests for continuing work were received from the [redacted]s while snow was still on the ground and an unpaid invoice remained.
Concerning permits and inspections, all work done to date has been replacing existing, or cosmetic. A meeting in person was planned with me and Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] last summer to confirm how to proceed with renovations. No meeting was possible due to the fact that their grandson was bitten by one of the tenant's dogs. No further meetings were scheduled.
In closing, my company has been operating in Alberta for over fifteen (15) years without receiving any notices from the Revdex.com, till now. Mrs. [redacted] has been advised that a final statement of account will be issued. Labour and material costs to date plus the October 2015 invoice for $ 1741.50 outstanding will be deducted from the estimate deposit. Any refund will be forwarded to the [redacted]'s residents.
As for comments of unprofessionalism behavior: I cannot be available on every occasion that suits their tenants or daily phone calls and texts. Calling my home number at the supper hour on Easter Day and expecting to talk business is impractical at best. Counsel has been sought regarding Mrs. [redacted]'s slanderous comments to third parties.
