Review: I visited the location 12/**2013. The real estate broker collected my personal information as well as my family, and he stated he need it to collect a credit fee for the amount of the $50.00 in order to show the units he had available. I paid him this amount and he proceed to show me 3 units which I was not satisfied with. One of the units located at [redacted] he said that was not ready yet and they need it to fix paint and add cabinets and remove furniture that was in the unit. I went with my family to see it but nothing was done to this unit, Therefore I advise him that I was not interested in this unit and that he need it to work with me to show me other units that are in proper conditions. He said he didn't had anything else and that he couldn't get to showed me nothing else. And that I was too picky. I asked him to returned me my fee then but he said no. Today 01/**/2013 still called and explain that I will still looking for a unit and if he really was about for not to work with me. He said he has nothing to show me me and my family, ask him again to returned my fee and said no. I also requested a copy a the credit report he claims he did on myself and he stated that he couldn't give it me because it was against the company regulations.Desired Settlement: Need a refund for $50.00. If the broker can assist me with any of the the services he is supposed to than he should had not charge me the credit verification fee. He didn't provide me any services.
