This person never ordered chairs from us. the chairs & tables were ordered by [redacted] , she just placed 2 more orders for 2 coming events this year. My guys are great in what we do, the man of the home had to level out the ground before Thursday & when we arrived a 30min job on Thursday lasted 8hrs. Yes we returned back to bring a blower. No we did not deliver a sink, there fore I refunded 40.00cash. I gave them such a great discount because husband & wife hustled me & argued amongst each other on who would pay what. I Adrian Gonzalez do not lie of my services. The chairs that were placed on face book were to send my appreciation to [redacted].  We were treated terrible,  disrespected,  wrong. MY WIFE DIANA CALLED TO MAKE SURE SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE ON DELIVERY & NO ONE OPEN DOORS SO ME MYSELF TOLD THE DELIVERY GUYS TO LEAVE & I DELIVERED CHAIRS ON THERE PORCH. I LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES. NXT TIME I WILL NOT TRUST ON THERE WORD . I WILL HAVE THEM SIGN AN AGREEMENT.  BE CHARGED FOR RETURNING MORE THAN ONCE DUE TO THE FACT IT WAS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE EVERYTHING READY FOR JMS TO DELIVER RENTALS.

I did read the message in back of the page, There's pictures of family members, I gave this family a great deal. We have been in business for over 16yrs. WE have never been treated so bad by a customer. We took  several times to make this delivery. This delivery should have took us 2hrs it...

became more like 18hrs in different days . GOD I WAS GLAD IT WAS OVER. AFTER a great referral from there friends it became a nightmare.

This business provided horrible service.  The owner promised everything would be delivered on one day.  I was told they would arrive at 2:00 p.m.on Thursday  My daughter showed up at 1:45 pm and the wrong chairs were just left in my front yard, all 140 of them.  .   As you can tell on the pictures, they delivered silver chairs when gold chairs were ordered.  Later that night, the dance floor was delivered and his sons didn't know where to start.  The owner had seen the location of where it was to be placed and he said it could be done.  Yes, it took his sons a while to put it together because they did not know what they were doing.  The wrong jumper was also delivered with no motor on Thursday night as well.  I had ordered a portable restroom with a sink.  Since it was not delivered on Thursday like I was told, I called Friday to inquire.  The restroom was delivered but no sink.  I was told the sink would be delivered Saturday morning, which was the day of my event.  I called 7 times on Saturday to ask about the motor for the jumper and for the sink.  My call was never answered and no return call was made.  My party planner called the owner's wife who answered her call and the motor showed up an hour before my event.  The sink never came.  I believe it is very unprofessional that after all that they made me go through and not delivering what I ordered and not delivering the sink at all that they have the nerve to have pictures of my home advertising their items.  I did not ask for a refund I just don't believe they should be using my home to advertise.   Conveniently, he also did not send you all the pictures.  Some pictures had me in the background.  I had never experienced such horrible customer service.  I should have seen the reviews in Yelp but I trusted my party planner.  She now said she will never use this place ever again either.  All I ask is that pictures of my home be deleted.  If he has been in business for 16 years, and if it were successful, then why would  he need to advertise with pictures of a home against the home owner's will?  I don't get it? does he need advertising that desperately?
