This so called auto repair business is not in no way shape or form a reliable businessI have been patronizing this business for years and the service was much better in the beginning but their workmanship has deminished yet you still get charged for work that is not being done and/or done poorly which always requires return visitsThere is very very poor customer service with repair scheduling, customer communication and the quality of the repairsThere is no kind of reliable communication between the mechanic/owner and the customer and there is very evident shotty business practicesThey will keep your vehicle for days on end and most of the time some or none of the repairs are done and the repairs more or less done rightThey have you showing up for appointments and repairs they don't show up for with absolutly no communicationTo cover up they'll have your vehicle and not make the necessary repairs in a timely manner, lies of waiting for parts are told or its also something elseI constantly hear other customers complaining about the same thing right there in front of the shopThey make a lot of promises that they don't and can't live up toSo p [redacted] about the constant and consistant run around game

December 18, Dear *** ***:I am responding to the letter from JP Auto Care (Jose L***)As in my previous letter I explained why I came to JP Auto Care regarding a power steering pumpI do not understand why all of a sudden Jose is stating that he told me that every part I brought would not work because I purchased it myselfIf I am purchasing new parts from an auto store how can he assure me that it would not workThe problem is Jose wanted to order junk yard parts for my vehicle and I told him noThen after the power steering pump everything else needed to be replaced all of a suddenAlso the receipt that Jose sent to Revdex.com does not match my vehicle and if this is the part he was trying to put on that’s why it wouldn’t workMy vehicle is a *** *** ***The vehicle on the receipt is for a *** ***I do not understand how that mistake was madeAlso yes Jose paid me for ripping my hood cover as he should because it was due to his negligenceSince I have left JP Auto care I have had my vehicle inspected and come to find out the new parts I purchased has not been replaced and I had to purchase them overI have my receipts attached alsoI am very dissatisfied with the outcome of customer Service I received and no business should be run like thisI had to purchase parts that should have been repaired from JP Auto Care from the beginningHow can Jose state that the part would not work when he never put any of my new parts on? I want to know where my parts are that I purchased and to be reimbursed for purchasing the same parts over again plus the labor Jose claimed they performed when JP Auto Care did not do their jobMy *** has not been right since I went to JP Auto Care.Thanks,

I am responding to the complaint from *** *** on November 17, He came in with a complaint that his power steering wasn't working and he wanted a price to replace it and I told him it would be $Labor because he had his own parts He agreed to the price and I clearly
said that it would be a 50/chance that it wouldn't work because he got his own part He said to go ahead and do the work and I did I am a master mechanic with many certificates The the pulley froze up and I called and told him that he would need a new pulley and bracket and again we told him their was no warranty because he wanted to provide his own partsThen the gearbox failed and again he went and purchased the part him self and again we told him it would be no warranty Then *** *** complained the hood cover was ripped and I went ahead and paid him to replace it I had no problem with doing so The pump he provided had no reservoir with it and we recommended he get the power steering pump with the reservoir attached So he ordered a used one under my business name that I said he could do so and it would be cheaper The power steering pump he got was the wrong one So we ordered a power steering pump from Marlboro Auto and installed it Then Friday 6:pm the vehicle was working 50% and we asked him to leave it so we

Review: Repairs on my 94 [redacted],involved a transmission gasket replacement that was patched and not replaced.The patch job caused the leaking out of all transmission fluid that mechanic put in during repairs.I called back to JP AUTO Care and couldnt be seen asap and paid for the same repair at another repair shop where the problem was found and gasket replaced as was told by JP Auto Care.Clearly this was fraudulent and dishonest ,and I am filing this legitimate complaint in hopes of being compensated for monies spent.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for moniess paid $240.00 for both repairs and parts I paid for both times.
