[redacted] contacted both the Revdex.com and the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors (GLAR) regarding text and phone calls he had received from our company This was due to an input error at our company We had accidentally logged the wrong phone number for a client of ours that had asked us to contact them and meet them at a property they owned When we were trying to call this party back, both on the part of our field agent and from our office staff sending folltexts, the incorrect number we had logged happened to belong to [redacted] ***The Ombudsman at GLAR had contacted us regarding the issue, we had researched and found the error, and had apologized through the Ombudsman service to [redacted] for the misunderstanding Per the Ombudsman, [redacted] had accepted our apology, and there was no need to call him, and the GLAR complaint was closedWe again wish to apologize for calling the wrong person by accident, and hope that Mr [redacted] will accept our apology [redacted] , Team Leader [redacted] JP Pirtle RealtorsShelbyville RoadLouisville, KY

[redacted] ***, JP Pirtle Realtors, ###-###-####" Tonight the message changed to: "Are you still selling your house? We have the answer!
