Hello [redacted], We have received your letter requesting a response to the complaint that you received from [redacted] You can see my correspondence with him in the emails attached. He called our office demanding we apply the credit that he had on file for future services on the same credit card that we charged him for them and we did that the same day that he asked. He called again a few days later saying it was never processed so I sent him the confirmation email we received from our credit card processing company, [redacted]. He called again a few days later saying that that card was no good and wanted us to process his credit on another card but I told him I could not do that without verification from our credit card processing company that it did not go through. We received the monthly statement from [redacted] later that week and it does confirm that [redacted] received the credit on the card he asked to be credited and I again suggested for him to call the credit card company. Hopefully this resolves thematter but ifyou have any questioms please feel free to contact me at the numbers above.

As stated earlier the credit card you put the credit on has had it's numbers changed and no longer exists.  Seeing that your company took my credit card numbers in early spring and charged the full amount to it but then used the same expired card on file the credit has never been received.  What are the date of transaction, last four digits, and expiration date of the card you used for the credit?  We have no credit from J-Pro Pool Inc on either our [redacted] or **.  You should be able to see that the $95 credit was never "batched out" by your system by going back to that date.  I will print out a statement for the card you supposedly used and send it to the Revdex.com for proof the transaction never went through.  Your company promised they can check the monthly summary to see if the transaction went through....was this done yet?

Review: We are trying to receive a credit of $95.34 from J-Pro pools. The office manager initially resisted our request for the credit based on work we were charged for but never performed. She finally put in a credit but did so on a credit card that no longer exists (i.e. a new card was issued in the time frame of payment done on April of 2014 and the credit attempted June of 2014). The J-Pro Pools, INC is refusing the verify the credit transaction did not go through (impossible because the credit card no longer exists) and refusing to re-process the credit to the new credit card numbers that replaced the existing one.Desired Settlement: Refund the new credit card $95.34 ASAP.
