Review: J S Woodcraft Designs installed new, custom cabinetry in my kitchen for approximately $100,000. The workmanship was defective and cracks have appeared in several sections of the woodwork, exhibiting unattractive cracks from floor to ceiling. I have repeatedly called Mr. Joe S[redacted], the sole proprietor of the business, who repeatedly has either ignored my calls or promised to come and make the necessary repairs and then never shows up. His complete lack of professionalism and any semblance of responsiveness is beyond offensive.Desired Settlement: Make necessary repairs immediately (or refund the cost of the damage and release the custom paint colors so another contractor can finish the repairs).
