Review: I made a reservation for a cleaning appointment for Wednesday June* 2013 between 7pm-9pm. I bought the service via a coupon on "Pulsd New York" (this purchase has a no-refund policy). I called the service and booked the appointment on Monday (June* 2013). I received a confrimation email on Monday and also a call 45 minutes before the cleaning session (from a blocked number) on Wednesday confirming the appointment. The cleaning staff/person did not show up at all that evening. I couldn't contact the srevice since their phone service work only from 10am-4pm and the call I had got earlier that eveving waas from a blocked number.I called the service the next morning and the person on the phone informed me he was not informed by the clenaing staff that they did not come to my place. At this point I asked why the cleaning person had not shown up but was told I had to sepak to the supervisor regarding this. I was told that the supervisor would speak to me later on Thursday since he wasn't in the office at the time. I was also told that I would not get refunded since I made the purchase via "Pulsd New York". It is Monday (June **) today and I have not received a call from the supervisor. I called their office and was told he was not in today as well.Desired Settlement: I would like to re-book a cleaning appointment and get a guarantee that the clenaing staff will show up. If not Iwould like to get my money back or voucher to use a different cleaning service.
