opportunity to make this right before you filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.You did not clearly explain over your one/singular phone call that you did not install the engine until * entire months after the purchase date. From the details you just provided in your complaint, your engine falls inside the warranty terms; * days inside to be exact. Review: I bought a used [redacted] accord transmission from this guys , they are advertising this transmission as 60000 miles on them but the first time I drove a hour there to pick it up and I took it to a certified mechanic to fix it but when he hooked it up it was not working or shifting at all it was only reverse working on it. so I called them I told them about the issue so they asked my mechanic to try different tips to get it to work but its not good so I called them and they replaced it with another one this time it was working for not even a month than quite working and started leaking a lot fluid and one day a got stock in the middle of no where.so I took it to another mechanic he tried for a day to get it to work but its worn out another ward its really old transmission .I called them again but they were saying the warranty is over but i've charge a lot money back and fourth to mechanic and all I wanna get my money .when I called them last time they offered me to buy another one from them with discount, but I refused the deal because I lost all the trust on them.All I am asking is my money which was 729.75 and they can get there bad transmission.I am trying to file a complain through you to solve the problem friendly but if not getting solve I will take the route of hiring a lawyer to get my money.Desired Settlement: get my money back of some.I am not going to charge them for all the work i've charge twice from mechanic.

Review: Jspec sold me an deffective motor for the price of $600. After installing the engine, The mechanic did dry and running compression tests. The result of dry compression test was normal and all four cylinders indicates between 180 and 190. However, the running compression test was different. All 3 cylinders indicate 60 except cylinder four that gave us 30. We have repeated the tests many times and the result is the same. Furthermore, I have fire in the catalytic converter originated from gas leaking from cylinder 4 to it because the lack of compression .Brief Description of what is wrong with the engine Car is running rough with the ECL of engine misfiring. I have changed the distributor, the EGR and the alternator,catalytic converter with no result. The car is running only on three engines. After filing insurance claim with my mechanic statement, that the engine has a problem in the valve train and therefore it is not good as is right now, The JSPEC refused to proceed to the exchange and also refused to give me my $600 I paid for it. After all the expenses I have incurred to swap the engine and the time and energy spent, they refused to treat me as a customer. They told that my mechanic is not good and I have to look for good one to fix the problem.Desired Settlement: Replacement or money back.
