We rebuilt the chimney and it wasn't on the contract his wife wrote it in on the notes, we did it anyways at no charge, they saved about $2000 as a favor, there were a few spots that needed filled in after [redacted] was done on his punch list along with cleaning some flashing areas, we did what was...
asked, my project manager meet with [redacted] and [redacted] and agreed at this point after these thing were taken care of that we were all good, [redacted] returned to finish up the punch list and he started Cursing at [redacted] that he wanted him to grind out some areas then reapply the mortar and that is not part of the standard practice we refused to comply with that he told [redacted] to get the f off my property don't ever F and come back and you can [redacted] I heard this over the phone because [redacted] had called me to let me know he wanted more work done, we did the job at less than half price because he was a referal from a client and our masonry division was slow, once we started I wished we had never got the job because from day one they asked for more free stuff not on the contract and never once offer to pay us for our extra [redacted]e, once we said enough is enough they Threatened us with calling the Revdex.com complaint if we didn't do more work, that's when I had [redacted] settle the final meet and [redacted] was disrespected I heard this over the phone, I asked [redacted] to kindly leave because we will not work for a disrespectful customer and I would rather just take the complaint then deal with this guy any more.
