I had a very good experience with J Synergy, they took care of my application from start to finish, they handel the entire process like a pro, they know what they doing, and they make you feel very comfortable step by stepI would definitely recommend to othersThanks and keep it up your great customer service

My home is much more comfortable and the temperature is more unfied in my homeI had a problem with colder temperatures on the first floor and a general cold temperature even when my thermostat was set to They were pretty quick and cleanWhile the work was owing done it got a little dusty in the house, but it was worth it

I applied for the Empower Program And for AHP through J Synergy,
I went through the entire process of getting my application approved
Once it was approved, They came down to my home to do the Audit,
I didn't hear from them for a few months after that, I called them a few times and they told me that they are waiting for some approvals (which I now suspect was a fib)
Now they are telling me that they cannot do the work and that I have to choose another contractor
I have spent hours trying to get the funding transferred to my new contractor, with no luck
Also, If I choose another contractor they will have to redo the audit and I will have to pay for it because the program only pays for one audit

J Synergy has helped me tremendously by getting me a Gas boiler, insulating my home, and installing new windows. My utility bills are lower and my home is so comfortable, it is as if I am living in a different home.

After a project with J Synergy you will never look back.
