When the fount panel was taking off on 8/6/16 my brother discovered the problem that had already caused damage to the floor inside and some some rust starting on top of Motor/Blower Housing. Called number and [redacted] answered phone saying [redacted] that is when I found out about Death of Owner. [redacted] told me to call him on Wednesday 8/10/16 and just wrapped a pipe and left. I stayed and wait to see if problem was fixed and it was not. I called [redacted] and told him that it was not fixed and he told me he would be out after he finished two other calls. I never heard from him. Tried several times my phone and it would go straight to voicemail so I left several messages. He did not call so I sent several text messages where he finally response was who is this and when I told him he informed that I was wanting work and material for free under warranty I said yes since he bought company which he said he did not.
