We've been having an issue with our Brighthouse/Spectrum cable box for the last week or soWe made an appointment yesterday for this morningOur window was from 10am-12pmAt 10:30am this morning, my wife's cell phone rang but we missed the callShe tried calling the area code (even though we live in Orlando) back and it was the general Brighthouse answering systemWe didn't think anything of it and continued to waitAt 11:45am, we decided to call the number againAfter waiting for a period of time, we were able to speak with a live customer service repWe were told that since we MISSED the call, that the tech did not come to our house! The rep responded saying that they won't come out to the property if no one answers the phone callWe were waiting patiently for this tech while our family were at SeaworldWe were supposed to meet up with them but scheduled the tech to fix our cable issueThe rep said we would have to rescehdule a tech to come out, however, there is NO information ever given that if you don't answer the phone call then Brighthouse will NOT come to your propertyThis is very poor for a company to do thisThis information needs to be relayed to all their customers! I wonder how many other customers are let down cause of this

A bright house network is one of the worst reliable internet services I hadThe equipment provided by bright house failed twice within two weeks and they refused to work me in order to get the service reestablish the same day, even though their service failed twice within two weeks

I did not receive my Nov bill in the mail I called the automated line to make my November payment and the system automatically charged me for months Nov & Dec$ Dec bill is not even due till the end of the month Customer service said days to cancel By then the bank will cash my payment over the phone To cancel the check I have to Stop Payment with a $fee I am seriously considering cancelling my service!

I just moved from Baltimore MD where Comcast has been given a bad name but in comparison, Brighthouse is years behind in their technologyThey tout their proprietary TV station that defaults once you turn the TV on and I think they spend probably too much on that instead of their technologyI haven't had such slow TV connection to a TV station in yearsNot only that, when I try On Demand, if I try the TV shows, I only get G-H and get one programI have called twice and was told that this is new technology (WOW if this is new, it really is awful!!!!!) and it should be fixed by nowNOT FIXED!!! This is the first time I have ever put a negative review on a company but this is the worst!!! Unfortunately this is the only option for CableOne thing I will say is that half of the Customer Service calls have been positiveNot 100% however

I had brighthouse for yearsIt wasn't until this last year they decided to switch my plan without my knowledgeI called them at the beginning or middle of last year and explain to them that my bill was too highThe gentleman I talked to switch my plan back down to $per month I called just recently because my bill was almost and the lady I spoke with told me that cable was a luxury and not everyone could afford itI have always paid my bill on time and I hardly ever complain even when the service was subpar However my last experience with bright house was A very rude and distasteful experienceI will never go with bright house or spectrum againThey cannot treat their customers the way they do and expect them to stay and spend their hard earned money with them

Just got a letter of notice again for the 3rd year in a row on price rate increase, that includes sports network, that I DON'T getThey can run commercials every minutes on television, merge with two other companies, yet raise my rate to pay for itGo into a local office and try to pay in person, guaranteed that you will be standing in line close to hourHad to have a repair service, waited several days, then the guy didn't want to climb under the trailer to fix it, said it was another guys jobWaited again until someone else came, but after I had to call againGuy came and fixed it without having to crawl under the placeThey find an excuse each year to raise the rates upThey should use the constant T V advertising money and lower their rates and improve customer servicesI'm super disappointed with Bright House

Terrible customer service on every level whether it's a representative or supervisorThey lack willingness to help and are extemely unprofessionalTheir tone becomes rude and irateThey are extremely unorganizedEvery agent tells you something differentThey need a better training team

I called because my service got shut off due to my auto bill pay credit card I had on file being compromised and replaced I called their "customer service" number to take care of the bill and I was told I have to go to a local office to make the payment I explained to them that that was not possible because of my work scheduleThe woman on the phone gave me an attitude so I asked to be transferred to a supervisior I was put on hold for minutes before hanging up and calling backWhen I called back and explained that I was angry because I was put on hold for so [redacted] to wait for a supervisor I was then put on hold again for another minutes before hanging up I called back a 3rd time and I was very angry and told them I want to speak to a supervisor immediately and this time it only took minutes I explained the situation to this "supervisor" who told me the same thing as the other rude customer service people I am going to cancel my service with this horrible company today

The call center was very rude and pretty much said she didnt believe my cable wasnt working properly because I had a strong signal and I disnt call soonerThis company is NOT about customer serviceThe only care about the money
