We bought a JLE[redacted] on 7-02-12 then on 10-23-13 the main board went out. I call JVC customer service and they said: it was okayed to fix it at [redacted]s TV repair, as my husband and I has eye problems and can't drive to far. When we got it tv fixed, I called customer service and they said: they didn't okayed it and AmTran Vidio corp. was the one I should call. I call them and they jvc was the one to call. It has jvc on the front of the tv: so it has to be a jvc tv. The main board shouldn't go out in 15 months.
