JW and Son's were hired and contract signed in June 2013. We signed our contract with Jeremy and it stated the work would be done by nov 2013. It actually wasn't finished until Jan 2014. We found out through his workers that Jeremy was pulling laborers off our house addition to build garages in Racine. We would have workers at our house working 2-3 days in a row and then nothing for a week. We bought many of the items we needed ourselves to save money but there was never any extra when we needed some thing else. We are now having trouble with our roof, kitchen ceiling and concrete. We have contacted Jeremy several times in which his attitude was, 'its not my problem'. We had to hire another company to fix and repair our roof. One of Jeremy's laborers didn't put the shingles on right and it leaked rain in and on our kitchen ceiling. Then it was like oulling teeth to get someone to come out and fix the ceiling. Months have gone by and Jeremy never came back to do his 1 year inspection for nail pop's or missing items. When we contacted Jeremy about our concrete in our driveway which we questioned right away due to discoloration. Jeremy's response is the concrete company went out of business and its no longer his problem. I believe Jeremy forgets what his responsibility is as a contractor. When looking up the laws for Wisconsin Jeremy is fully responsible for items that have been an issue. We are now have an appointment with an lawyer to see what we can do in order to get the items we asked for to be done right the first time. Time consuming, frustrating and feel like we were taken advantage of. Thank god we still have our contract that Jeremy signed.

[redacted] and crew tore down and constructed a new 2 car garage this spring. All of the workers were very prompt, very polite and answered any question I had with solid answers. The garage is fantastic. Not only will I recommend, I'll hire them again. On budget and on time. Great work!
