Replacement sent to wrong address previously. Another replacement was sent out after we received complaint.
Review: Bought sundance rolling backpack in Jan 2015. One bottom mold dropped in May 2015. I contacted Warranty JWorld on 5/12/15. I was told that the replacement part will be shipped next day. I did not receive after 2 weeks. I contacted several times again, no response. On 6/9/15, I finally got a reply that the replacement part will ship next week. I have not received the part until today, 7/15/15. No response to my emails and there is no phone number available. I am unable to use the backpack since it cannot stand up straight. Request replacement part or refund. Thank you.Desired Settlement: provide replacement part via mail or issue refund.
