I ordered two mod wraps on 7Feb14 for my electronic cigarette battery which ended up being $28 and the shipping said 5-7 business days. Jwraps took the money out of my account on 10Feb14 and on 14Feb14 I had still not received my product so I sent them an e-mail asking when I could expect it only to find out it still had not been shipped. The lady that had replied was extremely rude and condescending saying that it had been because of the weather as to why they hadn't shipped it yet and that it took 2 days to make them (in which it doesn't state anywhere on their site or on an invoice). I had ordered several hours before business hours ended that Friday and the lady also claimed that I hadn't, in which I sent her a screen shot of my invoice stating the time I placed my order on the 7th. My entire experience with this company has been absolutely horrible from the time that I had made my purchase. The company has had my money for a week now and I still have even yet to receive my order in which I had purchased and considering the fact that they do not state anywhere that they have to make the wraps to order, I find this as false advertisement. During this entire ordeal they have not even tried to compensate me once for my frustrations. The very least they could do is refund me half of my money for still waiting on my order that I've placed almost two weeks ago. Our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so we didn't even have the chance to process her order until Monday, 2-10. She chose the Free standard shipping option, which plainly states (5-7days) our site. We printed her order on Tuesday 2-11 that morning and sent it to dry overnight. All wraps must be printed and dried, then 24 hours later, laminated, this insures no shrinkage in the vinyl. Her wraps were ready to be mailed on Wed 2-12 but as everyone on the east coast knows, we had a huge winter storm affecting the east coast and [redacted] was shut down for 2 days with ice and snow. Roads were inpassible, we had no electricity, and all post offices were closed until Friday the 17th! We had her order ready to mail when we were able to return on Friday, which at that point she was calling the office, livid, and unable to reason with. We offered her free wraps for the inconvenience and a refund. She was upset that she didn't receive an email, letting her know that her order was going to be late. We explained to her that we lost power for 18 hours and our City and State were under a state of emergency and we had no control over acts of God. She was unable to reason with. We offered her the wraps for free and a refund as well, in good faith, so she could understand we are a reliable, good business. She told my customer service manager to shove the wraps. Ms. [redacted] has been issued a refund and we offered her free wraps. I don't know at this point what more we can do for her. I'm not sure she can be pleased. All our other customers had no issues with their orders being late, they understood the reason why. We process 1,000's of orders each week and have very happy customers. We've never have had a customer act this way before. I wish Ms. [redacted] the best and I apologize we could not make her happy.
