Great job every time
These guys have the hardest, hottest, and coldest job. And I just want to say thank you for helping us keep things cleaned up. We have never had any problems. Dependable. They even dumped the can to get the little Walmart bags out that my company through in there while visiting. They are very much appreciated!

secretary that one of their resident's garbage was missed. She gave my office employee the address of the resident and told my employee that she advised the resident that she would contact us to take care of the issue. The township secretary informed us that one other time she was missed and that the township picked up the resident's garbage, This is the first phone call that we have ever received on this resident about her garbage being missed in the 5 years that we have been picking garbage up in this particular Township. This Township has a limit that the customer may place at the curb weekly and sometimes there are residents who have more than the allowed weekly amount and will dump their extra bags in the Township's dumpster. She stated to my employee that she was calling because she did not want us to have to deal with the resident because she is very difficult.Our employee assured the secretary that we would take care of the problem and have the resident's garbage picked up. I called the driver to let him know the address and he told me he would return to the customers home to pick up her garbage and see why it was missed.At no time did any of our employees, Mr. Y[redacted], or myself, swear, yell, or speak to this customer in a disrespectful manner.Immediately following the call from the township secretary, the resident called. She was verbally abusive to my office employee as she related that her garbage was not picked up. She stated that our employees are incompetent and needed drug tested and that if we needed people that could pass a drug test she would supply us with names and phone numbers. The office employee assured her that our employees are in fact drug tested, and that she was sorry her garbage was missed and that the township had in fact let us know her garbage was not picked-up. Our employee told the resident that we would have the truck return to her residence to pick up her garbage and to see why she was missed.The driver (Mr. Y[redacted]) returned to the customers house to collect her garbage, as the helper on the back of the truck attempted to pick up her can, she came outside, got very close in my employees face and proceeded to scream at our employee "what's the matter with you, can't you see, do you need glasses my can is right here" she was screaming so badly that her face was beet red. Our employee tried to calm her down and talk to her but she continued to verbally assault him. The driver (Mr. Y[redacted]), exited the truck and told the customer that they were here to resolve the issue and to pick up her garbage. He told the employee to empty the can and to get on the truck. The employee did as his boss directed and got in the truck. The customer then yelled at Mr. Y[redacted]- - -you. Mr. Y[redacted] did not respond to the customer and left to continue their job picking up garbage in that Township.The customer called the office yelling at my employee telling her that the driver yelled at her and yelled *— you at her. I called Mr. Y[redacted] and he related to me what happened when he arrived at her residence to pick up her garbage.I called the customer back and told her that her garbage was picked up and that the matter was resolved she stated the driver *— me and I told her no that was a lie that she was the one swearing and yelling at our employees and she stated that yes, she did but that they missed her garbage. I told her that her garbage is picked up and was there anything else I could do for her she said they were missing her garbage and wanted to know why I told her it either was not out or they did not see it. The street has cars parked in front of the homes which make it hard to see the garbage sometimes. She continued to argue with me and I continued to ask if there was anything else I could help her with? She said she just wanted her garbage picked up and not missed. I told her that after today they would remember her and that her garbage would not be missed again.  Her garbage was picked up the following Tuesday without incident.Our company always picks up any customer that is missed that day or within a couple days, schedule allowing. We even have gone back to pick up customers who have forgotten to put their garbage out.The customers garbage was picked up that same day and the issue was resolved immediately.Thank You Elizabeth Y[redacted]
