I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I have read the letter of response from said business, the work that was done was the water pump and thats all. There was no thermostat present as I realized when my car over heated aftr leaving your shop as for the pully I m not sure that took place now that I realized that your credibility is comprised to do the thermostat issue. The labor was negligent because of the cover on the timing belt cracked and still not fitting in place properly also the cap on the reservoir was off n the water damage to the fuse box because of it cost me 240.00 as well as 83.00 tow fee wich I have documented for further actions on my part against you business for all my experience due to your businesses dishonesty and negligence.

Unfortunately because of the condition the vehicle was brought in and the additional repairs that were done at no cost to you; we are unable to provide you with a refund as you had requested. We have also research through other repair shops and came across different price which were between $700-$855 with shop rates at about $105 per hr. I think our price of $350 parts and labor was reasonable. Furthermore we had given you a discount of $20.00 and the pulley that was installed at no cost to you (parts & labor) we were let with about $63.89. Here is brake down ($350-$56.51 for water pump, thermostat, coolant, and labor=$293.49-56.51-$190.00 tensioner pulley, and labor=63.89 we had left of labor) As you can see J's tires and Complete Auto Care tries to satisfy its customer auto repair needs.Thank You.

Review: on 9/25/2015 I drove my car in a 2002 Hyundai sonata my car was getting hot my car was checked out and I was told it was the water pump and thermostat I was quoted a price of 350 us dollars 300 in labor and 50 dollars in parts. although the rate of 80.00 and hour in labor seemed high gave them the go ahead on the work on the following day the sept 26th sat I arrived to pick up vehicle and there was an issue with the work done so I left the vehicle to be corrected I picked the vehicle up on the 28th mon and my vehicle again had issues with the fan assembly the timing belt cover was cracked and bolts were missing I was told that my car was old and that they should have declined my business because of that reason they did not correct the issues and I went home only to have my vehicle over heat again and for sum reason my vehicle stopped moving forward it is not their problem so I was told by the office manager. Because I am on disability this was a big finantial blow to me now I must hire some one else to find out what is wrong with my car.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the labor of 300 due to the fact that not only was the work poor and incomplete but because of the disregard for my vehicle and its status when it was delivered to me, I will take this establishment to small claims court for other cost if I can prove that the issues I'm having now is due to the work they did
