Review: I bought a new Samsung 65 inch curve television from best buy and ship it to Jamaica W.I. they feurtado bubble wrap the tv in its original box then put brown paper over it but did not label it fragile are even put that it was a tv inside what they wrap,when the tv got to Jamaica was damageby a forklift because of feurtado negligence now they are not accepting responsibility because it was not insured.these people are running a scam if you insure you're stuff is ok and if you don't you're stuff get damage. I need Revdex.com to let feurtado know that in the U.s.a. consumer have right.Desired Settlement: none
