Jacco Tours

Review: On December 2014, we booked a tour to japan with [redacted] and they in turn to JACCO tours. We were required to pay a pre-collected admission fee and tips. Upon touring japan, we notice that we didn't had to pay so much on the places we visited. Most of the places we were taken are temples and only two places collected a fee of less than $10.00 , The Golden Shrine $4.00 and the Todaiji Buddish Temples $5.00 .The places indicated on the tour we DID NOT VISIT we the Tokyo Slytree Tower; Five lakes -underground Melting water; Wei La Gorge- rocks/Stone form by erosion ; Chu Fon Lakes -fountain blow up to 40-50 meter high; Palace of - Atsutajunji - 4000 collected empire and treasures and the Castle Park built by Toyoromi Hideyoshi - #1 castle park inside japan. We felt that since we didn't visited those places and were charge for them should be refunded.Desired Settlement: We Just wanted a refund on the pre-collected fee of at least $200.00 per person.
