Supposedly he gets half and the owner John gets the other half. What a scam. Supposedly you will get a credit toward the actual job when Mike comes back out but he doesn't return your call when you ask for him to come back out. When you call John he huffs and puffs, is terribly rude says they will call back the next day but they don't. Bad business; bad people; bad Karma. Stay away from this scamming duo.

7/19/17We are sorry to hear that [redacted]'s daughter was not happy with our services. As with all businesses and especially small businesses, one problem can throw off the entire day and there is never just one problem. We have tried our best to accommodate [redacted]'s schedule and as she states,...

she did cancel the work after we could not meet her changing schedule.We did use the deposit toward purchase amount of the part so we are willing to install the part for [redacted] if he and [redacted] agree to pay the labor at the agreed rate of $98.00 per hour and balance of $49.00 for the part (part total is $149.00). All of this was originally committed to. Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund due to supplier restocking fees and our employee's time for purchasing and returning as it totals over an hour.We operate an honest and fair business and we are proud that we have completed over 30,700 jobs to date and the number of complaints is extremely low. It is our hope that this complaint will be resolved quickly and we maintain our good standing with The Revdex.com.Sincerely,John C., President

Review: An electrician, Mike came to my home to fix the air conditioner that was not working at all. He supposedly cleaned a few parts on it and turned on the fan. He said the air would cool off shortly. The charge was $198.00, $98 for coming out and $98 for service. The air never cooled. I called his cell#, he said that he would send someone else out to clean the coils and add coolant. He said the coolant was expensive and that would be another $200.00. A friend of mine had called Mike to ask exactly what he he did. Mike told him that he was an electrician and can only assess the problem since he wasn't licensed to fix air conditioners. I called the one of the six phone numbers on the bill, John answered and said that he would call me back in 30 seconds. When he called back about 10 minutes later, I explained the problem. He had Mike call me. He was very annoyed and asked why I would call him if I had friend that knew about air conditioners. He said I shouldn't have called them and hung up . He was very rude and unprofessional. I called John back and again he said I'll call back in 30 seconds. He called back about 5 minutes later this time. I told him about conversation with Mike, he said that he was going to call him and would call me back. He said, don't go no where I'll call you back. He never called back.

I had another company come out and fix the problem. They said whatever Mike did for $198 and proposed to do for another $200, would not have fixed the problem. The capacitor that Mike said was working, really wasn't and had to be replaced.Desired Settlement: I should be reimbursed the $100 for the service since the air conditioner was not really serviced and was still not working when the electrician Mike left. No service was actually provided. I feel like I was ripped off. The company's Yellowbook ad advertises " the air professionals". That not what I got! I am willing to pay for the service call, since I did call them to come out but I should not have to pay for a service that I did not receive. I should really be reimbursed the full amount since I was obviously scammed.
