Review: My daughter was a patient of [redacted], Transferred in from WA. Upon transfer in I was told that the 2 year remainder of treatment including brace removal and retainers and follow up appointments for the retainers where going to cost just over $3900.00. We stayed in Alaska for 12 months. My daugher had 8 appointments. We paid just over $3300.00 and only owed $600.00 for the remainder of the treatment. However we moved prior to [redacted] commencing treatment. He did not remove the braces he did not provide the retainers that follow the braces nor any service beyond changing wires and bands 8 times. I asked 2 months prior to us moving for them to re-do the financials and figure out what they owed us as a refund. That did not happen. I asked on the last appointment, 2 days before we moved, to get the refund amount. I was told they had not figured it out yet and they would call me the following Tuesday. They did not. I called when I arrived back in WA. I was told I would not be recieving a refund and the Dr. would "call it a wash". I asked for a breakdown of services vs. cost and all I recieved was a zero balance statement. I went back to the same orthodontist here in WA and am now being charged another $1900.00 for treatment.

I would like a refund for services not rendered. As the Orthodontist here in WA is charging me another $1900.00, that will include brace removal, Retainers and follow up appointments. I would like that amount refunded to me. Orthodontic coverage statements can be submitted for [redacted] in WA.
