Jack F [redacted] is not a reliable agent We have used him for over years He had always been happy to take the $ My child recently got her drivers license I called, got a quote, and asked to have my child added to our policy I never got anything from the company to say that my child was added I called MrFinn over a dozen times to confirm that my child was in fact covered I was told repeatedly that it was "all taken care of" This was over months Today I call Nationwide and they tell me that this was never done I put this child behind the wheel of the car! I called MrF [redacted] to hear what he had to say about this and he hung up on me BE WARNED
