Very unprofessional and rude peopleI do not know them to be an accredited collection agencyThey may have gotten my information from anywhere and called from a land line that does not show online for that companySomeone from that company contacted a relative of mine when my current phone number was in a file from the location they claim to be calling fromI called the number looking for said person and I was greeted by a rude woman who would not display her nameShe mentioned to me that it was her personal lineAfter I refused to give my name and threatened to hang up, she said hold on and I w*** locate herThat number was 301-918-which is a Paetec Communications land line in Lanham, MDI then spoke with the supposedly Glenda H*** and she refused to give me the name of the company until I then threatened to hang upThen she tells me it's Jack H***Gives me a mailing address and her personal lineWhen I go online, her personal line apparently is the main numberI do not believe themThey are looking for a credit card paymentI w*** not pay themI have not received an invoice eitherI feel it is fraudulent

I called the number looking for said person and I was greeted by a rude woman who would not display her name. She mentioned to me that it was her personal line. After I refused to give my name and threatened to hang up, she said hold on and I w[redacted] locate her. That number was 301-918-0560 which is a Paetec Communications land line in Lanham, MD. I then spoke with the supposedly Glenda H[redacted] and she refused to give me the name of the company until I then threatened to hang up. Then she tells me it's Jack H[redacted]. Gives me a mailing address and her personal line. When I go online, her personal line apparently is the main number. I do not believe them. They are looking for a credit card payment. I w[redacted] not pay them. I have not received an invoice either. I feel it is fraudulent.

Review: A [redacted] has called me via my business line and continues to harass me over a debt I do not owe. She asks for [redacted] or [redacted]. I have no employee s by this name . I have told her to stop calling and she will not . She also has told me she will take before a Judge to collect. I asked her to show me any signed copys of said debt.Desired Settlement: Stop calling or I will pursue every legal avenue.
