an insurance brokerage agency recruiting independent life and health agents, JSA purchased a list of licensed insurance agents from the State Illinois Department of Insurance.  Your name did appear on their list of licensed Insurance agents as holding an active insurance license in the state of Illinois.  Since the call made to you is considered a business-to-business (insurance brokerage to licensed insurance agent) call, it does not fall under the federal or state consumer “Do Not Call” regulations.  However, we are now aware that you do not wish to receive further calls from JSA.  Therefore, we have removed your information from our current list, and will attempt to screen your information from future calls placed from this list. We are sorry to have inconvenienced you in any way.  Please feel free to call or email if you have any further questions.
