The customer has been contacted, pictures of the steel have been taken and sent inFrom looking at the pictures we can determine that something has affected and caused the lower foot or foot and half of steel to rustThis can be from herbicide being sprayed on the panels or having the panels covered so the paint can not dry out. This is not be covered by any warrenty that we have or ever had. Mr *** will contact the customer and ask if he would like a estimate on the repair of his building metal

From my understanding we have contacted the customer at the time, and visited the site and informed the customer that when used as confinement building the steel would not be covered under any warrantyOur manager Jim *** ###-###-#### has been notified and will reinvesitgate this

After two phone calls with Mr. [redacted], we have determined that the metal should not have come into contact with herbicides. Since we did not receive a warranty, and at that time it was not known the herbicide would damage the metal, we did not know this should not have been done. However, Mr. [redacted] graciously said he would provide the necessary metal to cover the damaged areas whenever we decided it was time to replace it. We told him that we felt this could have been avoided had the warranty been provided and if his agent in this area had informed us of the potential damage from the herbicides. We wanted Mr. [redacted] to know how much we appreciated his efforts to inform and to work with us on this issue and of his kindness in the offer of the replacement metal (we provide the labor to remove/replace metals) whenever we deem it is required. Thanks to the Revdex.com of Wisconsin for all our help in settling this issue to the satisfaction of both parties.

Review: We were told that the siding would not fade. It has and it looks terrible. I have contacted them over a month ago. Its been almost a month since I sent in pictures and have not heard back on how they are going to fix this situation.Desired Settlement: I expect them to replace all siding and trim that is defective.

Review: In September, 2014 I had them build a pole shed and was told it would be done by November 1st. After many issues it was completed mid December. The following spring after a rain fall there was a large puddle on the floor inside and the wall was soaked from water getting past a sliding door track cover. There were five small puddles from other leaks in the roof. They have been here several times to try and fix it. Each time I call to report that it still leaks I am told that they are busy and will try to get someone here in a couple weeks. This routine has been going on for over a year. This past winter we had a seven inch snow storm with high winds. Snow blew in the eaves leaving snow on stuff being stored several inches deep in spots. When I reported this, I was told that sealing the eaves was an option. I was never offered this option. It has been about a month since I last reported that it is still leaking and I got the same old "next week" answer two weeks ago and now,two weeks later, I hear they are waiting for approval from the warranty department.Desired Settlement: I would desire the leaks (rain and snow) to be repaired promptly and properly. If Walters does not think they can comply I want fifteen hundred dollars and seventy two feet of foam closure that fits the roofing panels.

Walters will get the complaint taken care of free of charge before the end of this month of May. I don't know why I missed the first notice from the Revdex.com Other then I have been receiving many different fictitious emails and may just have deleted it.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
