Review: I tried to get my car washed on 3/21/14. I put ten dollars into the machine, and proceeded to pull into the building whan indicated. The sign said stop, I did and nothing happened. I did not receive my wash. I called the customer service number while still at the location, that was posted on the building, but the mailbox was full. I tried numerous times in the next several days to contact them with no success. The phone number that they have listed online is a fax number. So no luck there either.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate either a coupon to get my car washed or a refund of my ten dollars.

Review: I purchased a $13 car wash and after I paid for it the car wash stopped working. I called the customer service line and left a message requesting a refund, but I never got a call back or my money back. I've tried contacting them multiple times with no luck and it has been 3 weeks since this has taken place.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back.

A check for $13.00 has been mailed to [redacted] as requested. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Review: I used my credit card two times last weekend and never received a car wash. Their equipment took 13 dollars out of my account both times for a total of 26 dollars. I have made several attempts to contact them by phone but they don't return the calls. I have stopped several times in person to look for the attendant they say is on duty, but there is never anyone there. I have already contacted my bank to enlist their help in getting my 26 dollars back. I did some online research to see they normally do not respond to phone calls even yours. I also did some digging on line to find out their State of Ohio business certificate has expired due to file a renewal of their trade name. The company is owned by Mitchell Kelly doing business as Jack Works, LLC. Two addresses associated with this company are 29604 W. Oakland Rd. in Bay Village Ohio, a property owned by Elizabeth Fisher. The phone number listed to Jack Works, LLC is (440)552-2681, but a guy named Tony on the answering machine reports the name of a different business. The other address is 21050 Lorain , a property in foreclosure due to tax delinquency of 16, 609.81 in January 2012. The company Jack Works, LLC declared chapter 11 bankruptcy in November 2012. The attorney in all of this mess is Hugh A. Carlin who is listed at 21270 Lorain in Fairview Park on the state of ohio business records but a google search show him at 21300 Lorain with a phone number of (440)356-0062. Their state of ohio business certificate is #1778233, but as I mentioned it has expired.Desired Settlement: I would like my 26 dollars refunded!

I spent $10.00 and my car was just as dirty when I left, not clean a all. I want my money back.

Review: The car wash accepts cash and credit/debit cards. It does not indicate anywhere on the premises that it cannot give change. I put in a $20 bill, for a $13 service, & got no change. I recvd. message to "see attendant for my change and receipt", however no attendant was present. A sticker on the payment machine gives the following number : 216.712.7662, which is also listed in the yellow pages. This is a non-working number. Several review online indicate the same problem.Desired Settlement: I want a $7 refund owed to me, as well as a working phone number listed on the premises for refund information.

Review: I attended the car wash on the morning of March 9th, paid with my credit card $13.00, pulled in, my car got wet down, and soaped down, then it stopped working, nothing was moving or spraying water. So I had to pull out go around the the north car wash, pay an addional $10.00 for another wash. (Didnt have a choice because my car had soap all over it). It worked, I have been trying since I pulled out of the car wash to reach the owners for a refund. I have called NUMEROUS times, different times a day, and left numerous messages, and I still have not been contacted by anybody.Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund of 13.00 for the wash that didnt work. 23.00 in one day for a car wash is rediculous!

Review: On Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at 8:09 P.M., I selected a $12 car wash at Lakewood Laser Wash. I had exact change: two $5 bills and two $1 bills. I inserted the dollar bills and one five dollar bill successfully. The machine would not take my second $5 bill. I had no other bills except a $20 bill and could not get the $7 already inserted back, so I inserted a $20 bill assuming that change would be given. The machine promptly displayed a message that indicated that change was NOT available and that I should print a receipt and "see the attendant." The receipt printer did not have any paper. (I use this car wash to rinse the salt off every two weeks and it has not had receipt paper for at least two months when I've been there. Also, I use either credit card or exact change as the machine failed to provide change on a previous occasion, but my calls to the owner went unanswered and I never pursued it). In the current instance, I am owed $15 in change. It seems rather outrageous to me that the owner of this car wash could accept payment with no means of providing change and no warning that change will not be provided, or any means to resolve a problem. I left a detailed note with my phone and email address in the mailbox attached to the building and I also called the number I found in the Revdex.com site (216) 712-7662 but the phone was not answered after 20 rings. I am very displeased about what has happened. Yes, $15 is not a life altering amount of money, but the business practices of this car wash owner are reprehensible. I am happy to comply with any actions the Revdex.com suggest I take. I have already looked into the Cuyahoga County Consumer Affairs department and the State of Ohio Attorney General's office but have not filed any complaints yet. Judging from the number of complaints recorded by the Revdex.com, this business owner does not care about providing any customer service. I intend to fight the matter not only to obtain my own change but as a general matter of consumer fairness. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: I would like a $15 refund. I am sure that the payment computer has a trail of recorded transactions that substantiates my claim. I would like the business owner to service his equipment, as well as to provide a clear means for resolving disputes and problems (on 2 occasions the equipment malfunctioned). The wash is convenient and I like to use it in the winter, but I will not use it again unless my complaint is resolved. Thank you.

Review: I have attempted to reach this car wash SEVERAL times related to $20 I lost on Saturday February 16, 2013.As I stated in my voicemails, when I arrived around 10:05 am, I noticed that the south car wash bay was not operating properly as water was spraying from the robot arm near the dryer area and there was no car in the bay.I moved to the north bay and attempted to pay with my credit card.the machine was not functioning, so I placed a $20 bill into the machine for the $10 wash. I received no change. I entered the north bay and proceeded to have my car soaped with no pre-water spray as has always been the case when I have used your car wash in the past. After the soap was applied, my car had one water rinse and then the machine shut down. As I exited, I called the number listed on the payment machine and left a message. Later, I found a direct number and more information on-line and called the number listed there several times, with no return call.I am very disappointed in how this has been handled (or should I say not handled). Apparently, from reading on-line reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. Please contact me to discuss how I can receive my $20.Desired Settlement: A credit of $20 or two car wash coupons for future use

Review: On 3/14/14 I paid for and entered the car wash. After first soaking of car the sprayer arm fell against my car and the wash stopped.I called the number on the building twice from the parking lot right after it happened and the line was busy. Since then I have tried calling a total of 17 times at different times of day. All you get is a voicemail with a full inbox....so message could not be left. There is no other address or phone for the business that I could find. You do not receive a receipt for the service you paid for.We have other friends who have had the same issue in regards to reaching these people when there is a problem.Very unhappy with this situation....shows great lack of integrity.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $10.If possible I would like receipts to be made available when using machines for payment and it would be really awesome if these people would take responsibility and gain some integrity in their business practices!!The community of Fairview Park deserves better!

Review: I purchased two car washes on April 5,2014 for both of my vehicles equalling $26.00 and the car wash was absolutely horrible. It didn't even clean my cars, I would expect a fresh clean car for $13.00 a piece! I have called this company everyday since all day long and no one answers it says leave a message and I have left three now and haven't heard a thing back from them! I just want my money back since my vehicles were not cleaned! Very poor customer service!!Desired Settlement: I would like my $26.00 back to my visa debit card that I purchased the washes from since I didn't receive two clean cars!

Review: I went to Lakewood Laserwash on 12/27/2013 at 5:39pm and purchased a The Advantage wash for $12. After taking my payment, the message on the screen said The wash is currently in use, please hold. There was no car in front of me, so the wash was not in use, it was simply not working. I tried calling the number that Laserwash provided for questions and problems and only got an answering machine. I called again later that day & again the following week never reached a live person or received a call back, so obviously have not received a refund.Desired Settlement: A refund of $12 for The Advantage car wash.

Review: I put $20 in for wash that was $10......I did not get any change or the wash!!!!!! Review: On Wednesday, June 25, 2014 I visited Fairview Park Laser Wash. As I pulled in, I paid for the premium car wash service at $14.00. I pulled into the wash, and the machine sprayed my car with soap, and then just stopped. I waited a few minutes for something to happen, but was unsuccessful. So, I pulled around back to see if there was any contact information. I found a local phone number, and called. There was a recording prompting me to leave a message. Following the recording was three beeps, and an automated message saying that the "memory was full." The number is 1 [redacted]. I can only assume from the fact that their mailbox is full, and that their machines aren't working or properly maintained, that I am not the only person that they have been ripping off. Ultimately, I'd like to get my money back, but if I can't, I hope that this owner is cited for his/her malfeasance. I hope that this complaint gets somewhere, because there is no telling how many people are willing to blow off $14.00 without saying anything, or demanding answers.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the $14.00 I paid for a car wash, that I did not receive due to faulty equipment.

[redacted] thank you for clarifying. We just purchased the Lakewood Laserwash December 11th and have been making improvements everyday. The easiest way for me to refund you is to send you a token good for the $13 car wash. Would that be satisfactory to you? If so, I will mail it the address you provided. The other option would be for me to send you check. Please let me know which you would prefer. Thank you for the understanding.

Review: Paid for the $14 premium car wash on 12/5/14 at around 11:45am and wash was just water, no soap. The sprayer went around my car numerous times without spraying anything. My car looked as if it just rained and nothing was cleaned. Extremely disappointed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of what I paid for the service. As I will never return to this car wash.

Review: I am a disabled senior on a very tight budget. Prior to wash you must insert money as instructed with capability to give back change. I inserted $15.00 for a $13.00 "the works" car wash. The machine took my money but did not give me change due ($2.00) back. I did receive a receipt. There is no phone number on their receipts and no person(s) were any where on the premises. My car was also still very dirty all around the bottom half of my vehicle.I went home called to no avail. Also, I googled Lakewood Laser Car Wash and to my dismay I found reviews from several individuals stating "they did not get change either". This taught me a lesson to look business up first!. I will NEVER go back and will tell all I know.I need every penny I have budgeted and to think that people just get away with this is very sad. I need my $2.00 change!Desired Settlement: I would like $2.00 change plus $13.00 so I can go to another car wash where my whole vehicle will be clean.

Review: I went to Lakewood Laser Wash on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at approximately 7:45am. I chose the $11.00 car wash, and I inserted a $20.00 bill. After it went through, the screen said "Cannot provide change. Unable to print receipt. Contact the attendant". There was no attendant on duty, so I got the phone number off the screen (216-712-7662). I left two messages that day, and called several times the remainder of the day, as well as the days after. I still have not received a call back. I realize it's only $9.00 and I sound cheap, but it's the principle of the matter, and I want my money back.Desired Settlement: $9.00

Review: This car wash is automated with a slot for credit card and one for cash. I tried swiping my credit card and the message said that it is not accepting that type of card, so I selected the $11 car wash and inserted $20, on machine (sign said "insert $1, $5, $10, $20 bills). It took my $20 and proceeded to tell me I was getting "the works" wash option which costs $13 i.e. not what I opted for. Then the screen read: " unable to dispense change at this time, take receipt to attendant". Well, the machine did not print out a receipt and there was no attendant anywhere on site. There is a phone number on the machine which I called, no answer & no message to leave voicemail. Phone just rings and rings. I don't even have a receipt to show! Go on yelp and see how many customers have complained about this business! Several. If I did not pay my full fee, a credit bureau would haunt me for the rest of my existence. Of course I want $9 back b'se I did not opt for "the works" and had opted for the $11 car wash. In my opinion, this business should immediately be shut down!Desired Settlement: $9

Review: Went to wash our car at Fairview Park Laser Wash on 3/21/2014 @4:05 PM. Put 14 dollars in the automated machine for the deluxe wash. Machine asked if I wanted to insert 5 dollars more, I pressed "no" and then nothing at all happened - no entrance - no wash - no service. Tried calling the phone number listed: 440-333-8089. Got an answering machine and couldn't leave a message because of "memory full." Called several times after but with same results - went to voice message and was not able to leave a message. Seems this business has a history of stealing peoples money as I found out (after the fact) from http://www.insiderpages.com/b/3719928327/fairview-laser-wash-cleveland.Would like my money returned and this business shut down.Desired Settlement: The $ 14.00 I paid for the service I did not receive.
