Review: put a down payment ($800) on a 2005 [redacted] sale price $5,100...as is.... but told any major issues it could be brought back and fixed I had 30 days...less then 48 hours my check engine light was on.... the car was jerking and couldn't drive at marked speed for roads which could have caused a accident if it was on a high way....I took the car to auto zone to get the codes check that was involving the check engine light codes came back as.... the cars battery had been unhooked at a previous time which will reset the computer and erase codes...cylinder 4 was misfiring...and a issue with the cooling of the vehicle....when I went back to dealer ship I was treated very rudely jokes being said towards me that I was a certified mechanic because I went and found out all issue with the car then I was told that I was nit picking the car and my list of problems wasn't going to be tolerated that they wasnt going to deal with gave me my depoist back a told me to leave....my famliy has dealt with Jack Auto Sales for years if my Step Father goes to ask for help on payment or to purchase a vechil Jack gives him no probelms what so ever...but when it came to myself and my mother we was treated very wrong...even if a car is sold as is but you are told any majior life threating issues would be fixed by Jacks Auto Sales I know there mechanic he is a crock he have way works on the car put tape over lights that may be on in the dash fixes minor issues with a quick fix exspecting customers like me wont go out on there own to see what the issue is with a vechcal bought from the lot I have heard plenty of complaints about Jacks Auto Sale I dont know if I am the first one to do anything about it but this issues needs to resolve so he will stop selling used peices of junk to people now I am left with out a car becuase I sold the one I had to get this [redacted] I have a 8 year old daughter that can not get where so needs to go I cant run daliy errons nore be able to go look for anohter carDesired Settlement: I want a replacement car if its from the dealer ship or not I can not go with out a car I have no way to get any where unless I beg for friends or family to take me.....I also think it a discrimination towards females
