My leasing company contracts out to this vendor, probably because they're cheap They've been to my house twice to make repairs and both times they messed up The first time they removed a post from my neighbors fence while repairing mine which caused the entire fence to collapse When I called to complain about the faulty work they did not believe me and asked for photos to be sent I did so and they refused to fix their work so another contractor was brought out and fixed the fence flawlessly
Next they came to my place to fix my AC unit The AC unit was unplugged so the genius technician pulled the plug to my water heater and replaced it with the AC unit He left the electrical box cover in the dirt and left wires hangings all over the place for water to damage I called and complained and they sent out a technician This technician tried to overload my breaker rather than replacing it I'm in the process of getting lawyers involved to compensate the damages done
