I had an absolutely insulting and unprofessional experience at the Hazleton, PA location (West Broad Street 18201)I work incredibly hard and have never been treated so poorly and regretted giving my money to such a subpar companyI was met with blatant rudeness and indifference for an experience that was riddled with their mistakesThey treated me like I was an inconvenience when they failed to provide their service and strung me along for weeksStart to finish, it was a horrendous experienceEvery employee I dealt with was extremely discourteous, from the initial tax preparer rolling her eyes and loudly sighing because she felt so inconvenienced, simultaneously texting and yelling across the room to the manager who was complaining about other customers and their cases out loudI was told that my state taxes needed to be completed by a regional manager and that I would be contacted when completedAfter waiting weeks and getting no response, I called to get a status and was met with yet another abrupt person who brushed me off and told me that I would need to come to the office to get an updateWhen I stopped in same day, concerned, I was met with more of the same- impolite people who informed me that my tax prep was put on hold because it was flagged but they could not tell me why because there was no manager or anyone else who could tell me what the issue wasThere was no apology or explanation just ignorance; they were annoyed that I was asking about the state of my unfinished taxes that I paid for two weeks agoI later received a call from a manager telling me that my taxes were incorrectly inter-office filed and put in a flagged pile and because of that, they had not been processedThey told me that it would be another weeks to completeWhen I returned to the office to do the signatures, I was met with more unprofessionalism, with employees discussing inappropriate things of a sexual nature, which was just icing on the cake of a completely bizarre ordealNeedless to say, I will never use Jackson Hewitt ever again Just because I am looking for an affordable service does not mean I should settle for the incompetence and disrespect Jackson Hewitt gave me

Client did come in to have taxes completed but was unable to finish, so he scheduled to have done in May and Shonna the DM stated since it is after the 18th of April the promotional offers are no longer valid and she will give him a discount in lieu of expired offers He agreed to this and matter was resolvedThis customer keeps calling our office and leaving messages we have left multiple messages explaining this matter, He even filed a corporate complaint which we tried to contact him in regards to and explain the issue

AZM Tint provided tinting services for this vehicle in August, After a couple attempts to provide a clean tint job it was determined that the interior of the vehicle was just too dirty to allow a clean tint application Please keep in mind that this vehicle was sent directly to us from a body shop There was body work dust everywhere and we did the best possible job given the circumstances Please note that we showed the customer towels containing the endless debris/dirt from the window tracks One more note to add, we use an integrated window tint plotter that automatically cuts windows to size The benefit of this program is that no razor blades are ever used inside of vehicles We did not trim any window components/gaskets It is in our best interest to provide the most professional job possible for all applications AZM has been in business for more than years and we pride ourselves on professionalism and clean applications We could like nothing more than to attempt to make this situation right given the circumstances regarding the body shop dust I can be reached Monday Through Friday from 9:00AM-5:30PM.Sincerely yours, [redacted] Owner

We filed our taxes with Jackson Hewitt only because we were told that we qualified for the refund anticipation loan, but were told we did not qualify
We went to Jackson Hewitt (JH) on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, and our account number is ECJXXXXXOur representative was *** and she assured us that we would receive the refund anticipation loan because the only qualifying factor is the amount of your refundWe are getting a $refund, and were denied the refund loan advance, with no reasoning listedWe would not have paid JH over $for income tax preparation if we had been informed that there was a possibility that we might not be able to get that advanceWhen we called regarding this issue, the person we spoke to was extremely rude and informed us that we could not get any refund of the monies paid to themThis shows exceptionally shady business practices, by luring people in under the premise that they would receive an advance, when, in fact, that is not guaranteed

There was indeed an error made on Ms***'s return *** *** spoke with Ms*** back during tax season and told her we would indeed be mailing her a check for the $penalty That was done at that time Apparently, Ms*** has not received the check It
has not come back to us and it has not cleared the bank Another check is being issued to Ms*** and we will deliver it to her I have no idea where the first check went Mrs*** has been out of the office for some time as both of her parents have had surgery That is why she has been unable to speak with her But she is personally taking her a check for the original penalty plus a refund of her tax preparation fees for her inconvenience.Also, the address that you have for Jackson Hewitt on the top of the letter to make us aware of this is incorrect We do not have an office in Byram Our correct mailing address is North State St., Jackson, Mississippi
