Review: this is the second time for this..my mother paid for this shop to put a alternator on her [redacted] several months ago, we were told that it came with a warranty, but they refuse to honor it. the truck broke down Friday 4-22-2016 and they are closed on the weekends so the truck didn't get there till this Monday 4-25-2016, they told us that they had to order the part, now the part finally came and they still refuse to fix it. my mom needs her insulin and its been hard for her to get it..no truck so she still don't have her medication that she depends on everyday, I on the other hand has lost my job because of this.. we do share this truck with no problems. today 4-28-2016 the truck is still un touched and not fixed, we know because we had to borrow cab fare to go check on the truck because they have not been answering our phone calls and they wont return our calls either, once we got there we asked when are you going to finish this truck it has been here much too long...the owner DIANE J[redacted] would not answer me, I asked her three times.. still no answer , she would only look at me.. they did a poor job took my mothers money and refuse to fix the problem. we need your help. we both have doctor appointments and we really depend on our truck , my mother walks with a cane and she is a senior citizen.. this is very unfair to her. will someone here please help us...thank you in advance.. we are very unhappy paying customers.Desired Settlement: they too should be fined and should have their bad service put in the front of the customers eyes so that they too wont be taken for granted... they should be made to do their job 100% or CLOSE SHOP FOR GOOD. they are out here robbing good americans.

Review: On 4-28-16 my daughter made a complaint on Jackson's on my behalf. Case#[redacted]. I was given an invoice #1002147 for replacing the alternator. The first alternator was put on 3-5-15 with a 3 year parts warranty. On 4-28-16, I took my Rava-4 back, they gave me a hard time and kept it for four days. On that day, I talked to Diane Jackson and she told me by word of mouth and wrote in down on the invoice in her handwriting and signed it stating that I have 2 years left on warranty. Today, that alternator went bad. It has only been 3 months. I called, talked to Diane Jackson again. She stated that she would have Jackson to call you. He called back and stated that there is no warranty. That I would have to pay. He said" What do you think I'm suppose to do, replace your parts every time your parts break down"? Still, he was the one who ordered and put the part on. Per Daine Jackson,I still have two years left on the warranty. I have been dealing with Jackson since he open and have seen a lot of unhappy people. All I wanted was for him to replace the bad alternator that he proclaimed was good because he had to order it. He does not stand behind his work. I've had small problems in the past with him, but he would take care of it. Now, I'm without transportation because he will not stand behind his work. This is the third alternator since 3-5-15.Desired Settlement: I have lost all trust in him. Because I still have warranty and he will not honor it. I have to take my business elsewhere and I would like to be reimbursed. I am a sickly person that travel back and forward to different Doctors every week and need transportation.
