I went there and tried to get something fixed and three times they failed to fix the problemthe first time I went there I went there on 2/28/13 because my 2007 Buick lecern was misfiring so they did oil change replaces lamp check, diagnostics, change spark plugs and other stuff I cant real which cost $291.01 so when I left it still didnt fix the problem so I didnt have money to take it back just yet so on my second visit on 3/5/13 I took it back and they swtiched number 8 fireing piston to the number seven slot which cost $32.50 and then when I left it still wasnt fixed so when I went back for the third time they perfomed washed cilenders or cleared them out cant read his writing and put some dry gas in and I also tole them that when I turn right it is very hard to turn to the right and five when I turn left and they said it was becase of tire presure so to my unsurpize when I left I still felt it misfireing and and it was still hard to turn to the right and I went back in and the [redacted] told me to go put gas in it becase they said its becase the gas is low which at the time was only 1/8th of a tank and I am sorry I know my car I drive with low fuel all the time it never supose to misfire or hesitate and that bill came out to $140.07 so now I am taking it to another place to find out whats wrong with it probbaly [redacted] Desired Settlementi am not sure what I am able to get but I have been there three times for the same problem within a monty and the problem still isnt fixed and they woudlnt give me a discount or anything so I woudl like my money back since I still have to pay for whats wrong with it by the way I just bought this car 8 mo ago in good condision and they looked it over and it was fine and as far as I can tell there is only this wrong with the car basicly they still dont know whats wrong Business' Initial Response On 2/28/13 the customer came in with the complaint (check skipping at stop lights?). Found random misfire codes. Replaced worn spark plugs with over 100k on them and cleared codes,OK. On 3/5/13 customer came back with complaint (check engine light came on) Found misfire on #8 cylinder but was OK at that time. Switched #8 with #7 coil to see if the problem moves to isolate it,OK. On 4/11/13 customer came in with complaint (runs rough, engine light on). Diagnois P0300 random misfire codes. all 8 cylinders have misfires at this time. Gave customer the choice of a fuel injector service to clean injectors. No garettes it will solve problem but its where u start. all other systems OK. Peformed injector service. Seemed better. Vehical very low on fuel. Told customer to fill fuel with good grade. and run tank full through.Also complaint (Hard to turn) front tires very low tire pressure. set all tire pressures., seems Ok to us, no other problems found.This vehical has had some issues which we have fairly addressed. Told customer vehical needed to be fuled and driven also nothing found with steering problem. Don't feel we owe anybody anything that was fairly addressed and also consented. No further response will be givin.
