Jacky's Flowers

I went in with my mom to order flowers for my Dad's funeral and was helped by a gentleman name [redacted] who had a very foul mouth. We discussed the flowers/size of standing spray and was told that boutonnieres for the pallbearers would be free. I was asked how I would be paying and said credit card but was asked to pay by check in the amount of 310.00 (my first bad!!!) and he could stamp in the business's name (my bad #2). I went to the funeral home and was very disappointed with the flowers and there were no boutonnieres for the pallbearers until I asked about them and were delivered in time to the cemetery to be placed on the casket. I called and requested a receipt since I did not receive one at the time the order was placed. The receipt was for 217.80 dollars. Needless to say I was scammed by [redacted]. When I reviewed my check it was written out to [redacted] with [redacted] name in the upper left corner. I did receive a check from Jacky's for the difference after reviewing the receipt with [redacted]. Is this any way to run a business?
