Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted] entered into a verbal agreement for Mr. [redacted] to finish landscaping services totaling $2200.00. Mr. [redacted] finished about 2/3 of the job. He was paid in full for all contracted work. Repeated attempts have been made to get Mr. [redacted] back to complete the work or return the money for work , which he did not complete. The [redacted]s have text and called Mr. [redacted] to reach a settlement and believed one had been reached but, he has not kept his part of the verbal agreement. The [redacted]s have phone texts substantiating the verbal agreement , that Mr. [redacted] did not complete the work and that he still owes money to the [redacted]s totaling $400.00. The [redacted]s and MR. [redacted] had agreed to $250.00 more in payment for Mr. [redacted] to complete the landscaping job and he has not kept his part of this verbal agreement either. Mr. [redacted] is not an honest businessman and has been stringing the [redacted]s along for the past month with lies and deceptions. He is a poor business man!!!!!!!
