This is the worst place we have ever stayed at for customer service and for a place to stay on vacation---These people are scammers and fraudulent BEWARE We are seniorcitizens and this business is all about money and no customer service We new the room was AND Accepted the room HOWEVER, We checked in at p.m My husband and I were both tired from traveling My husband is disabledWhen we got into the room., we went to wash our face and the water wouldn't turn off right on the faucet (MINOR) I turned on the TV and the channels would not change (MINOR and aggravating) you had to enter channels one by one to change them At 6:p.m he fell asleep Thumping above us started at .p.m I called the front desk at p.mto report to [redacted] of the loud noises above us and senor citizens that were trying to sleep I had to call from my cell phone (which was dead and needed recharged first) Because the room phone was out of order [redacted] stated she would call and tell them to quiet down 1/an hour later thumping was still going on I called from my cell phone again and she said that she called but received no answer I said well you need to say somethingAnd please write this in the notes because I want to report it to the manager in the morning Then my husband said at around 11:00.p.mThis is nuts, it is continuingAt 1:He called from his cell phone and we got no answer,Then, He called again at 1:AND RECeived no answer Finally he went to the office and no one would answer the door We had wanted a room change and had no way to contactt anyoneNo phone service, no answering the dooretcetc We left at in the morning and drove to [redacted] to find a room at a [redacted] and wasted and called at a.m in the morning from [redacted] AZ and talked to [redacted] who said we were offered a refund (WHICH NEVE HAPPENEDED) and we told him that was untrue or we would have took it He then said he was the manager that would contact the owner and call as back because he didn't have the authority to authorize a refund At noon Effie called and said that they investigated and found our claim with no basis and there wouldn't be a refund that they had talked to other guests and there wasn't a problem Really? This place is fraudulent and scams peopleWe know what happened and for no one to even answer after hours or help out was ridiculous What is there was a heart attack, medical emergency etc This business is nothing about customer service and all about lining their pockets I would NEVER REcommend this place to anyoneWe were ripped off and are disputing the charge because we paid and never received the nights stay as comfort is promised and seclusion and quietnessAll advertising It may be rustic but and secluded as a location, but the ambience that is advertised is because it is anything but and was very stressful

I stopped by to have a flat fixed on my van. Unfortunately as they were taking the tire off they broke the tire sensor. The manager come an told me what happened and gave me money to repair the sensor as they did not have the parts. I asked what if the repair is more then the cash he gave me and he gave me a card and said to send an e-mail and they would send me the remaining money. The repair was 75 dollars more they he gave me and so I sent an e-mail. about 1 hour later they called me up asking for an address to send the check to. 3 days later I received the money. Very fast at taking care of the problem and never had any hassle from them.
