Part is on order for range and should be here to day I hope. We have done repairs to these units per warranty established by the manufacturer. This latest repair is technically out of warranty and we are not charging them for parts or labor. It...
is up to the manufacturer to replace units as per their guidelines. I would suggest the customer call [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXX to further discuss the issue. They have threatened to sue us and [redacted] and my lawyer has suggested no further comment. Part will be put on when received at no cost to them.
