text-align: left;" valign="top"> We are very sorry to hear that [redacted] is under the impression his system is without warranty. His system does have a lifetime warranty and his sump pump has a three year manufacturers warranty as stated in the contract. He is by no means obligated to perform the annual service recommended by us if he chooses not too. Most of our customers do because if the pump were to fail we would then replace it at no charge. It is simply an added assurance and the system is tested cleaned, and batteries changed. When I called [redacted] to talk about the service at that time he mentioned he had a concern about a possible water leak in the garage. We had not received any notification or heard from him prior to that time so therefore we were unaware of his issue. Had he called us we would have come out to assess the concern right away. [redacted] was misinterpreted my call in assuming his service was mandatory. Hopefully this clears up any confusion he may have had as we strive to keep our customers happy and stand behind our work.
