Review: I recently purchased my home 11 months ago that was built by [redacted]. My home and the 6 others that were built came with a 1 year warranty provided my JAD Contracting. They have not honored the warranty. I have called them numerous times about issues with my home. They have not fixed the problems. And they will not return my phone calls. I've been waiting almost a year for a few simple problems to be fixed, and it hasn't. My neighbors are also having the same issue with this company.Desired Settlement: I'd like my kitchen sink cabinet replaced. The sink has been leaking for the whole year and still has not been fixed.
