Review: I was in jade nails on friday july 11 to get a full set I wasnt satisfied with the nails I went back the next day Saturday july 12 to get them fixed I had a nail that was put on crooked and than I had another that was breaking on the side because of no acrylic being on the side another one they didnt take off the acrylic around my cuticle. I had to go to another nail salon because my visit Saturday they still couldn't fix the nails right and I kept telling them they were messed up but they didn't know how to fix them apparently. I went to another salon on Sunday after work and had them fix my nails and they saw the messed up job they did and fixed them for me. I thought I would try out this salon because its close to my house and convient but they did a horrible job and couldn't see it or fix it. I called them for my money back and they told me to come in and have them fixed I said its to late I already got them fixed somewhere else the guy tells me just come in and we will fix them for free I said again its to late I got them fixed I just want my money back since I had to go somewhere else for them to be fixed right.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my money that I paid and the tip I gave which I shouldn't of gave I should of inspected my nails really hard before leaving but I needed to be somewhere at a certain time and I was out of the salon in enough time. I paid $30 and gave $5 tip.
