Review: On 12-25-15 jaegers towing towed my vehicle to BMW of Tri-cities on a flatbed tow truck with no damage to the bumper and with a license plate. On 12-29-15, I picked my vehicle up from BMW of Tri-cities and spoke to Mandy Slaugh who told me my vehicle was delivered by Jaegers towing with missing plate and damage. I observed the missing front license plate and frame and scuff marks' dents, and crack paint. Jaegers towing was contacted that same day and a women who answered said the tow truck driver had removed the license plate and would have him mail it back. I asked that he return my call because I wanted to know why the plate and framed was removed and why their was damage done to the bumper. Since I had not heard from them I contacted them again on 12-30-15 at that [redacted]e I was told to email the owner at [email protected] with my concerns and pictures which I did. I did not hear from them and I again tried to call on 01-05-16 regarding my plate I have not received and the damage. I was told a message would be given. As I did not hear from them I called that same evening and spoke to [redacted]. I informed [redacted] my frustration with Jaegers towing and them avoiding the issue. he assured me he would give the message to his boss and he should contact me. To this date I have not heard from them and have not received my license plate. I have been very patient with this business, but I can't even get a call back as to my missing plate and frame that was removed from my vehicle without my consent and the damage that was done. I have photos of my vehicle with the damage and missing plate along with a copy of my email that was sent and also copy of my phone records to show how many times I have tried to contact this regarding the bad service that was given to me. I ask that they return my license plate with frame and repair the damage that was done on their end. The employee as well as the Business Jaegers Towing is solely responsible for this.Desired Settlement: I ask they repair the damage that was done to the front bumper of my vehicle and that they mail the license plate and frame that I have not received and was requested a week ago.
