The worst service ever
So I finally found the real name of the company and told them I would write a review stating how horrible they are. I got my order a day late only to be left out in the cold and it to be the wrong plant. When I attempted to get support it was nearly impossible. When someone finally answered my email they lied and stated that I approved the a different plant which was so far from the truth. I requested a refund and they asked me to mail the wrong plant when I requested the address no response , this company is fraudulent. Do not I repeat do not make any purchases ,

We have provided full credit to the customer to resolve the issue.The transaction is voided so no debit or credit will appear on the cardThe transaction reference id [redacted]

Thank you for the message and an opportunity to help resolve issue for our mutual customerI've reviewed her message in detail and it appears that the delivery arrived a day sooner than the estimated delivery date but it did not make its way to the recipientThis certainly is an unfortunate
event though it is something that is out of our controlThe selected delivery date is an estimate based on the information we receive from ***No carrier guarantees the delivery date on a ground shipment and for the same reason we cannot guarantee the exact delivery dateOur systems will typically lean over more conservative estimate rather than aggressive estimate and will try to get the shipment to arrive a day soonerAs you can imagine we cannot control the internal delivery in any institutional setup like Hospitals, Hotels, Dorms or large corporationsRecipient/Customer has to retrieve the package as per the internal delivery policiesThis is referenced in section of our refund policy at https://www.***.com/***-refund- Unfortunately we couldn't have done anything too differently as we did process her order timely and it did arrive to the hospital before the recipient was dischargedAs a curtsy, I'd offer a store credit for $towards the productIf that works for her, she can let me know at ***@***.com and I'll create and email the credit voucher to the email on file.Feel free to let me know if you have additional questions or concerns.Kind Regards,Dharmesh S***

Thank you for the email and proving an opportunity to respond and address our customer's complaint.Please note that the customer has not seen a refund because the transaction was voided and her credit card was never chargedAttached is the void transaction receipt.Our system gets the authorization on the transaction at the time of purchase which places a hold on the available creditWe do not capture the funds (charge the card) until the item is sent out for delivery.In this case because we had not captured the transaction, the transaction gets voided and not refundedIn this scenario, when we void the transaction the credit card company releases the credit hold from the account and no charge or refund is seen on the statementThis process is almost instant though we've to write that it will take 3-business days to see your refund because in case when someone uses a debit card depending on the bank it can take couple days for them to release the funds.I hope this addresses the concernFeel free to reach out to me if there is any further questions or concerns.Kind Regards, Dharmesh S*** Tel: ###-###-#### | Fax: ###-###-####

Thank you for reaching out.I've researched the issue and reviewed the correspondenceIt appears that we couldn't make the delivery for her selected basket so we offered the customer refund as well as an alternate delivery for balloon bouquet.Unfortunately the alternate was not acceptable for the
customer so we have refunded her transaction.We process all refunds the same day; the amount of time it takes for the credit to appear on the statement depends on the customer's bank; some banks can do much faster and some can take up to days.My apology for the issue cause. I am rejecting this response because: Nobody called my colleague with the number provided. At least, the delivery person would have left the package at front desk as this is an office. If person was not available, why would the status say 'Delivered'?

I am rejecting this response because: This whole process has been ridiculous, I wanted to let you know what has transpired since I emailed you originally. I decided to contact *** *** Hospital to find out what happened to my delivery since *** would not contact them after I requested. It seems to me that it should have been their responsibility since I paid THEM to ensure that my purchase made it to its destination, however I spoke with a nice lady named *** in Patient Relations and gave her the information. *** then investigated for me and within days which is a month after its original delivery date it has been found! I asked *** what happened and her response was: she spoke with the Manager of the warehouse where it was delivered, since it was delivered early and my friend was not admitted yet they were unable to locate him as a patient at the hospital. The Manager tried calling *** leaving a few messages trying to get the information and to let them know that the bouquet was not delivered and they were going to send back to the company and request that a refund be issued to me since this person was not longer a patient. *** NEVER returned his call therefore my delivery a month later was still sitting in his office!! I feel that *** should have been responsible for resolving this issue not me, but I guess they were not out anything since they got their money!! The hospital out of the kindness of their hearts is going to forward the bouquet to my friend and they are not going charge me any shipping since it has been a month! I am really not sure how this business can claim to have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com when this is the customer service they provide. I an denying the "In-store" credit because I would not give then another dime of my money, and fortunately there are good people out there that do provide good customer service and I will deal with those people. I ordered Flower and Balloons for a Birthday gift for my bf in San Diego. Standard Hand Delivery: Fri, Sep 07, 2018.. Gifts NEVER recieved . I email to this website service, they were immediately replied “ Goods delivered”. We kept waiting until Sept11 nothing delivery. My BF big 50's birthday had pass.. I am very very disappointing and totally unacceptable. I have no choice but ask my credit card bank dispute this transaction. I did such online booking quite for long time. I learned must read reviews before purchase. This why I did such thing now. Hope helps someone after me.

courier to my knowledge cannot complete the delivery when the name does not match the address. At the moment [redacted] is returning the package. https://[redacted] This being a perishable item we cannot refund any portion of this purchase.  As a curtsy, we can send a new delivery for you at 50% of your original purchase price to new address. It will still be subject to same requirement where the recipient will need to be listed at the delivery address.

Thank you for the email.[redacted] placed an order with us on 8th February using [redacted]. We'd notified her that we'll process her order once we receive confirmation from [redacted] indicating her check is cleared and we can deliver her order. We received email notification from [redacted] confirming her check cleared on 14th. February at 9:56 AM (Attached is [redacted]'s email). At the same time [redacted] created dispute with [redacted] and escalated the transaction to Chargeback. We had no choice but to cancel her order and refund her payment which we completed on 14th.
