THE FIRST INCIDENT BACK IN JULY 2018, JAGUAR RUINED MY NEW WHITE JEANS BY PUTTING A HOLE IN THE ZIPPER AREA AND BLACK SPOTS ON THE BELT LOOP AREAS THE FIRST INCIDENT BACK IN JULY 2018, JAGUAR RUINED MY NEW WHITE JEANS BY PUTTING A HOLE IN THE ZIPPER AREA AND BLACK SPOTS ON THE BELT LOOP AREAS THE MANAGER OFFERED TO REDO MY JEANS AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT I TOLD HER THAT A REDO WILL NOT FILL IN THE HOLE THEY PUT IN MY JEANS I ASKED FOR JAGUAR TO BUY THOSE RUINED JEANSI HAD TO WAIT A WEEK TO GET REIMBURSE FOR JAGUAR MESS UPWHEN I GOT THERE TO PICK UP THE REIMBURSEMENT CHECK, I STILL HAD TO WAIT ALMOST A HOUR FOR MANAGEMENT TO GET BACK FROM LUNCH SECOND INCIDENT ON DECEMBER 6, I TOOK MY TUXEDO IN TO BE DRY CLEANED FOR A EVENT ON DECEMBER 7TH EVENINGWHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY TUXEDO, I NOTICE THE SAME STAINS I INITIALLY TOOK IN TO BE CLEANED WERE STILL ON MY PANTS THEY OFFERED TO DO A REDO, SO I LEFT MY PANTS IN HOPES OF GETTING THEM CLEANED RIGHT THIS TIME AROUNDWHEN I GOT

I dropped off sweaters to be dry-cleanedWhen I went back, I found out they washed them in a regular washing machine and did not apply my coupon I dropped off sweaters to be professionally dry-cleanedWhen I went back, I found out they washed them in a regular washing machine without asking my permission and did not apply my coupon for 30% offWhen I went back a third time to complain to the manager, she could not explain why she decided to do it wrong or why I didn't get a discount (claimed she "couldn't look at the ticket")She only offered a credit to my accountWhen I said a credit was worthless to me because I never want to use their terrible services again (terrible was the strongest language used), she literally turned and ran away up the stairs

I put a suit in the cleaners 2/11/and ask that it be back before 2/13/and the lady tells me yes it will be ready 2/12/lies lies lies half of the suit was ready which was the skirt only 2/13/i called looking for the owner but talked to the bookkeeper who told me she handle things when the owner wasn't there so we talked for a few minutes I explain to her I was leaving to go out of town and I needed to pick up my suit where's the jacket they had it at another store which by the way the owner who was very rude, and on the defensive side when he finally answered the phone he said my flower fell off the jacket because I probably put it on myself and the glue couldn't stand the dry cleaning so to his expense they fixed it and his bookkeeper should not have told me the jacket would be free so lord help him because he hasn't a clue that he will lose much more than that I told him why you have a attitude yall should have called me before you did anything to my jacket and by the way it looks like they used SUPER GLUE the suit came from GMI and none of their clothes are cheap I told him lords will I would never ever use your cleaner again he said thank you have a good day I said you to lord I really thank you some people always think you want something free well let me tell you Mr Owner if I had not burned my gas going back and forth looking for my suit which would have been their in the first place I would have paid the other two big old dollars that you thought you did me a favor for I'll say a prayer for you ***
