Vehicle was delayed in completion, was never contacted, was lied to and cussed out by staff and harassed by employee on [redacted] days after.Brought my [redacted] to Jakes Auto on 5/17/2015 to have a transmission put in. It was supposed to have been completed by 5/19, we never received a phone call. we had to call multiple times, because every time we called he said that it should be DONE around lunch, I call at lunch and he tells me 4:00pm, all the while telling me this and doesn't even have the parts for it to be done. He told me this on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I get short answers like "I cant work on it and talk to you". I called again on Wednesday and the lady there, [redacted], tells me the transmission was in (she went and checked) I get there and there is no transmission there, one came in from [redacted] (the one we agreed upon) but the transfer case was wrong, so Jakes Auto orders a new one. No big deal except we have no idea how many miles are on here and we were never contacted about the mix-up and would have never known unless I drove up there to check on things. Myself and my girlfriend get there Thursday (5/21/2015) around 4:30 with my 2 year old son and we get an invoice from [redacted], we paid and I asked if I could have a receipt, I get yelled and cussed at by [redacted], in front of the owner, Jake, while my 2 year old is standing right there. She stated she handed my girlfriend the receipt, what she gave her was a invoice and we just wanted it to state that it was paid to cover our tales. Saturday evening comes around 5/23/2015, [redacted] (the girl working there) has tracked my girlfriend down on [redacted] and starts harassing her, stating "I hope that POS breaks down", "We got your money bye B[redacted]" "Your boyfriend is a [redacted]". We have no paperwork on the transmission, there is a A/T Oil light and O/D light now coming on. Jake was supposed to have called us back on Friday the 22nd about the OD light and has yet to call. Sunday is when the A/T oil light came on, checked fluids and it is way over the line its supposed to be at. We refuse to even call this company to ask for anything because we get yelled at and harassed for simply asking for a receipt. Desired SettlementThe transmission Jake and I agreed on putting into my truck had 125XXX miles on it. I want the paperwork from [redacted] stating all the information I need to know about what is in my truck. If there is a substantial amount of difference in miles of what he took upon himself to put in, I would like some kind of reimbursement in price. I want him to fix the lights that are now going off in my truck, that have to do with the Transmission, one is because he filled the levels too high which can lead to a problem because of his negligence
